当出现这种情况时，对法性中阴（Chos-nyid Bardo，法性中阴）的开示如下： '唉呀！有福德的种姓之子！不要散乱，一心专注地听着！' '昨天你没有认出自明觉性（Rigpa，自明觉性），现在七天之内，所有的显现都会是彩虹、光芒和光线，以及明点（Thig-le，明点）和本尊（Lha-sku，本尊）的形象显现。一切都是五部佛（Rigs-lnga'i rgyal-ba，五部佛）的智慧和方便的奇妙展现。' '对于光和光芒的闪耀，不要害怕，不要恐惧，要反复告诉自己这是自己的显现。' '与此同时，没有光彩、但符合你心意的光芒也会显现。不要执着于此，这是轮回（'Khor-ba，轮回）的道路，是五毒（Dug-lnga，五毒）的自性光芒的显现。' '因此，在你的显现中，清净和不清净的道路都会显现，不要混淆道路的选择。从五部佛父佛母（Rigs-lnga yab-yum，五部佛父佛母）的心间，是金刚萨埵（rDo-rje Sems-dpa'，金刚萨埵）的宽广大道。' '光芒的通道会刺入你的眼睛，当自明觉性（Rigpa，自明觉性）与你同在时，以强烈的渴望祈祷：愿我被您的慈悲所接纳！' '将自己和本尊的显现视为无二无别，不作取舍和扬弃地安住。' '那时，本尊融入本尊，你将解脱为报身（Longs-spyod rdzogs-sku，报身）。' '唉呀！有福德的种姓之子！如果你在那时没有解脱，即使时间没有改变，显现也会改变。' '四面八方、上下各处，都会是彩虹、光芒和火焰交织的领域。伟大的饮血尊（dPal-chen khrag-'thung，饮血尊）本尊众和无数恐怖的忿怒尊（Phyag-brnyan，忿怒尊），会降下锋利的武器之雨，发出“吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字） 啪（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：断除）”的怒吼声撼动虚空，展现各种燃烧的景象。' '不要害怕，不要惊慌，要确信这一切都是你自明觉性（Rigpa，自明觉性）的展现，安住于自然状态。将渴望融入无二无别之中，抓住道路的开端，你将获得解脱！' 据说，反复念诵这些话语，中等根器者也能立即获得解脱。第三，关于中有（Bardo，中有）的介绍，据说要在七天内进行开示，但经文中的天数是指禅定的天数。对于一般人来说，三天内的开示就足够了，因此在超度仪轨中，在供养食物之后念诵一遍，或者只念诵这些话语也可以。观想本尊的清晰显现，怀着慈悲心，迎请本尊到面前，然后在供养食物之后，以清晰而悦耳的声音念诵： '唉呀！听着，种姓之子！不要散乱，不要散乱，保持坚定的正念！现在，风息（Rlung，风息）和心识（Sems，心识）结合的身体，会显现中有（Bardo，中有）的景象。' '你既知道自己已死，又贪恋生，阎罗（gShin-rje，阎罗）的使者会残暴地抓住你。恐怖的声音和可怕的险境，以及确定和不确定的许多征兆都会显现。' '所有这些都是你心识的展现，心识如同虚空般空旷。虚空无法在虚空中找到立足点，因此，在法性（Chos-nyid，法性）中生起勇气和自信！'

When that happens, the clarification of the Chos-nyid Bardo (Bardo of the Nature of Reality) is as follows: 'Alas! Son of a fortunate lineage! Do not be distracted, listen with one-pointed mindfulness!' 'Yesterday you did not recognize Rigpa (Awareness), but now within seven days, all appearances will be rainbows, lights, and rays, as well as the forms of Thig-le (Bindus) and Lha-sku (Deities). All of these are the miraculous displays of wisdom and skillful means of the Five Buddha Families (Rigs-lnga'i rgyal-ba).' 'For the radiance and brilliance of light and rays, do not be afraid, do not be terrified, but repeatedly tell yourself that these are your own appearances.' 'At the same time, rays of light that are without brilliance but pleasing to your mind will also appear. Do not be attached to them, for they are the path of Samsara (Cycle of Existence), the appearance of the self-radiance of the Five Poisons (Dug-lnga).' 'Therefore, in your appearances, both pure and impure paths will appear, do not mistake the choice of paths. From the hearts of the Five Buddha Fathers and Mothers (Rigs-lnga yab-yum), is the great path of Vajrasattva (rDo-rje Sems-dpa').' 'A channel of light will pierce your eyes, and when Rigpa (Awareness) is with you, pray with intense longing: May I be taken by your compassion!' 'Maintain yourself without differentiating between yourself and the deity's appearance, without accepting or rejecting.' 'At that time, the deity merges into the deity, and you will be liberated into the Sambhogakaya (Body of Perfect Enjoyment).' 'Alas! Son of a fortunate lineage! If you are not liberated at that time, even if the time does not change, the appearances will change.' 'In all directions, above and below, there will be a realm of swirling rainbows, lights, and flames. The great Heruka (dPal-chen khrag-'thung) deity assembly and countless terrifying wrathful deities (Phyag-brnyan), will rain down sharp weapons, and the sounds of "Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable) Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Cut through)" will shake the empty space, displaying all sorts of burning forms.' 'Do not be afraid, do not be terrified, but be certain that all of these are the displays of your own Rigpa (Awareness), and rest in the natural state. Blend longing into non-duality, and by seizing the beginning of the path, you will be liberated!' It is said that by repeatedly reciting these words, those of middling capacity will be liberated immediately. Third, regarding the introduction to the Sridpa Bardo (Bardo of Becoming), it is said that the clarification should be given within seven days, but the number of days in the text refers to the days of meditation. For ordinary individuals, clarification within three days is sufficient, so in the funerary rites, after the food offering, recite it once, or it is also fine to recite only these words. Visualize the clear appearance of the deity, with a compassionate heart, invite the deity to the front, and then after making the food offering, recite in a clear and melodious voice: 'Alas! Listen, son of a lineage! Do not be distracted, do not be distracted, maintain steadfast mindfulness! Now, the body of combined wind (Rlung) and mind (Sems), the appearances of the Sridpa Bardo (Bardo of Becoming) will arise.' 'You know that you are dead, yet you cling to life, the messengers of Yama (gShin-rje) will seize you violently. Terrifying sounds and frightening straits, and many signs, both certain and uncertain, will appear.' 'All of these are the displays of your own mind, the mind is empty like space. Space cannot find a foothold in space, therefore, generate courage and confidence in the Dharmata (Chos-nyid) !' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
