无垢清净，八根连千枝，五部如来成就之物，以誓言圆满之大药，于密严广大刹土中，安住自性之诸佛，以五智之光充满，以普贤供云充满，愿心意圆满，以悲愿化身度脱六道，初始佛陀光明不变， 圆满普贤之誓愿，自身生起智慧之身，圆满寂怒浩瀚之本尊众，以悲愿化身行利生之事，从金刚持次第而来，为引导一切众生，以身与刹土供养而圆满，愿心意圆满，忏悔誓言之违犯，之后取血，吽！法性湿润之智慧水，慈悲染著之红色，生起有之因血，莲花血自生血，度脱十地命之血，百草精华红色生之血，一切清净灌顶之物，不清净三界轮回之因，以黑汝嘎之意，度脱三有轮回之习气，加持为供养之物，为令大种普贤王母，生起智慧之义而供养，为令饮血怒尊众，策发慈悲而作供养，为令一切空行母，作为誓言滋养之物而供养，为令护法一切，为成办事业之义， 而作供养，圆满誓言赐予成就，之后取会供与朵玛，供养于本尊并如是说，吽！三界滋养食物之因，谷物与水果六味食，度脱十地蕴之肉，杂革英雄谷之精华，以诸般美味欲妙，以虔诚之心观想而作供养，于法界中以虔诚之心供养，于寂静本尊作美妙供养，于忿怒本尊作威严供养，于上师众作欢喜供养，于空行母众作喜悦供养，于护法众作满足供养，作为圆满誓言之缘起而供养，之后取灯盏，吽！百零八种物之灯盏中，竖立百零八种清净之灯芯，以精华油脂充满，点燃百盏明灯，为圆满誓言之违犯，以虔诚之心供养诸佛，于密严法界宫殿中，具足五智光明，圆满寂怒浩瀚之誓愿，于心间法性宫殿中，智慧种子明点清晰，圆满自生寂静之誓愿。

Immaculate and pure, with eight roots and a thousand branches, the substance for accomplishing the five families of Buddhas, with this great medicine for fulfilling vows, in the vast realm of Akanishta, all the Buddhas who dwell in their own nature, are filled with the light of the five wisdoms, filled with the clouds of Samantabhadra's offerings, may their intentions be fulfilled, and may they liberate the six realms with compassionate emanations, the primordial Buddha, the unchanging light, Fulfilling the vows of Samantabhadra, the body in which wisdom arises, fulfilling the vast assembly of peaceful and wrathful deities, performing deeds for the benefit of beings with compassionate emanations, coming in succession from Vajradhara, for all those who guide beings, fulfilling by offering body and pure lands, may their intentions be fulfilled, I confess the breaking of vows, then take the blood, Hum! The wisdom water of the nature of reality, the red color of compassionate attachment, the blood that is the cause of generating existence, the self-arisen blood of the lotus, the blood of life that liberates the ten bhumis, the red essence of a hundred herbs, the blood of the elements, all pure substances of empowerment, the impure cause of the three realms of samsara, with the intention of Heruka, liberating the habitual tendencies of the three realms of samsara, blessing it as an offering, offering it to the great mother Samantabhadri, for the sake of the arising of wisdom, offering it as an offering to inspire compassion in the assembly of blood-drinking wrathful deities, offering it to all the mothers and dakinis, as a substance to nourish their vows, offering it to all the Dharma protectors and guardians, for the sake of accomplishing their activities, offering it, fulfilling vows and granting siddhis, then take the tsok and torma, offering them to the deities and saying this, Hum! The cause of nourishing the three realms, food of grains and fruits with six tastes, the flesh of the aggregates that liberates the ten bhumis, the essence of the brave heroes of Dza, in various delicious and desirable forms, offering them with devotion and contemplation, offering them with devotion in the realm of Dharma, offering them beautifully to the peaceful deities, offering them magnificently to the wrathful deities, offering them pleasingly to the lamas, offering them joyfully to the dakinis, offering them satisfyingly to the Dharma protectors, offering them as a support for fulfilling vows, then take the butter lamp, Hum! 康！ 于颅腔之宫殿中，自生热能之光芒闪耀，息灭自生忿怒尊之意誓。 于虔诚信仰之显现中，觉性自生无碍而明澈，息灭金刚上师之意誓。 于脉气明点之清净中，觉识自生安然而住，息灭空行母之意誓。 于广大世间轮回中，行星星辰之光点明亮，息灭外在誓言尊之意誓。 所有誓言之违犯与缺失，皆以意誓之力量清净之，赐予殊胜与共同之成就。 会供简述： 吽！ 于不可思议之秘密坛城中，对上师本尊诸圣众，于自生法界之坛器中，以觉性智慧之灯火供养。 八根本与千支脉，混合甘露，五身圆满智慧，供养。 以纯净之朵玛盛满，以圆满欲妙之供品供养。 为救度三界轮回，虚空清净，以无执之红色血供奉。 谷物精华混合，乃勇士之物，为增长威严，供养扎嘎。 阿拉拉，请欢喜享用！ 如是诵念供养会供简述。萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 此乃古汝·秋吉旺秋（Guru Chökyi Wangchuk，莲师化身掘藏师名）之伏藏所出之噶举派秘密圆满法，及北方伏藏噶举派忿怒尊自生自显中所出之寂怒地狱会供忏悔仪轨之结合，善哉！ 吽！ 祈请浩瀚坛城之诸圣众垂听！ 我等瑜伽士兄弟姐妹，以奉献广大誓言之供养力，令违犯、迷妄、障蔽之黑暗消散于法界，殊胜共同成就之智慧光明增长。 愿上师本尊空行母摄受，于金刚道上，无勤获得解脱之果位。 何时无常生死降临，愿以智慧明灯之光芒指示去处，于密严大乐刹土中，气息消散，刹那间成就俱生智慧之身。 此祈愿文乃由遍知上师仁波切之甚深伏藏中取出。愿一切吉祥！

Kang! In the palace of the cranial cavity, the radiance of self-arising heat blazes, appeasing the samaya of the self-arising wrathful deities. In the manifestation of devotion and faith, awareness is self-arising, unobstructed, and clear, appeasing the samaya of the Vajra Master. In the purity of the channels, winds, and bindus, knowledge naturally abides serenely, appeasing the samaya of the Mamos and Dakinis. In the vast expanse of worldly existence, the light-bindus of planets and stars are clear, appeasing the samaya of the external oath-bound ones. May all violations and breakages of samaya be purified by the power of the samaya, granting supreme and common siddhis. Abridged Fulfillment: Hum! In the incredibly secret mandala, to the Gurus, Yidams, and entire assembly of deities, in the vessel of the self-arising Dharmadhatu, I offer the butter lamp of awareness and wisdom. Eight root and thousand branch channels, mixed with Amrita, I offer the complete five kayas of wisdom. Filled with pure Torma, I offer the complete feast of desirable qualities. To liberate the three realms of samsara, purifying the expanse of space, I offer the unattached red Rakta. Mixed with a thousand essences of grains, the substance of heroes, to increase splendor, I offer the Jagad. Alala, please accept with delight! Thus recite the abridged fulfillment of the offering feast. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! This is a combination of the complete secret teachings of the Eight Herukas from the terma of Guru Chökyi Wangchuk and the peaceful and wrathful Narag Kong Shak ritual from the Northern Treasure's Eight Herukas, the self-arising and self-manifesting. May it be virtuous! Ho! May the assembly of deities of the vast mandala heed! Through the power of offering the great samaya by us, brothers and sisters of yoga, may the darkness of impairments, obscurations, and conceptualizations be cleared into the expanse, and may the light of supreme and common siddhis and wisdom increase. May we be taken care of by the Guru, Yidam, and Dakinis, and may we effortlessly accomplish the supreme fruit of liberation on the Vajra path in this life. Whenever impermanence and the cycle of birth and death occur, may we mark the trail with the light of the lamp of wisdom, and having exhaled our breath in the blissful realm of Ogmin, may we instantly accomplish the co-emergent wisdom body.
