I confess to the inadequate offerings to the Lamas; I confess to the improper acceptance and rejection towards the Yidam deities; I confess to revealing secrets to the Dakinis; I confess to the insufficient food offerings to the Dharma Protectors; I pray for the granting of the accomplishments of the Great Brahma. Then, each should engage in their respective mantra recitations and approaches, Samaya, seal, seal, seal! Then comes the order of the Tsok (gathering): Hūṃ! To the deity assemblies of the three roots, I offer the feast of the Tsok, please partake in a joyful manner, and having partaken, please bestow empowerments and accomplishments! I confess to all that has gone against your hearts, please let the oath-breakers and harm-doers taste the food! In the past, Guru Padmasambhava, those deities and spirits bound by oath, without forgetting the oaths of the past, please accept this adorned Torma, and please accomplish the activities entrusted by the yogis! Hūṃ! Padmasambhava, bound the twelve Tenma (goddesses) by oath, without transgressing the command and oath, please accept this adorned Torma, and please accomplish the entrusted activities!
