Da Bao Fu Zang TD1572, Regarding the practice and activity rituals, for all mantra holders, this is an extremely precious essence instruction, the heart treasure of all vidyadharas. General outline, general collection of practice rituals. Nrom! This is an extremely precious essence instruction regarding practice and activity rituals, the heart treasure of all vidyadharas. Like me, Padmasambhava, at the time of practice, regarding the extremely precious essence instruction of activity rituals, revealed the supreme teachings. Samaya, Gya Gya Gya (vow, increase increase increase). All yogis practice mantras, the practice and activities of the Three Roots, whether performing tsok or repelling, first bless the place: Instantly recall oneself as complete, visualize the deity's body, stable. From the seed syllable (Tibetan: ས་བོན།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Chinese literal meaning: seed) in its heart, emanates the letter Bhrum (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Bhrum) with golden light. The light touches the place, transforming the originally substantial place into emptiness, from which appears a palace composed of various jewels. Whether it is pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, or wrathful, visualize it in that color. Inside and out transparent, it is a realm of light, vast and expansive, to prevent external obstacles from entering, visualize it surrounded by the fire of the end of the kalpa. Inside, rainbows and clouds intertwine, like rain from the sky, descending goddesses of desirable offerings. Then, encourage with these words, recite this steadfast mantra: Om Ah Hum Hrih (body, speech, and mind, seed syllable of Padmasambhava's heart mantra). I am the body of the wisdom deity, displaying the net of wisdom illusion. From the radiation and collection of light in the heart, free this place from substantial clinging, clear and unobstructed, the luminous palace possesses characteristics, inside and out transparent, without obscurations, pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful naturally accomplished, it is the supreme abode of the pure deity, may it appear in an instant! E Mandala Maha Chakra Jnana Garbhe Tistha Vajra Hum Bhrum (This mandala, great wheel, wisdom womb, abide, vajra, Hum, Bhrum). Recite and bless in this way, then bless the retinue: instantly recall oneself as complete, visualize the deity's body, stable. From the syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the heart, emanate three syllables, touching the retinue such as friends, freeing their body, speech, and mind from self-grasping. The body is an empty luminous body, speech is the indicative sound of mantra, the mind is the dharmadhatu free from elaboration. Visualize the transformation in an instant, if it is a father tantra deity, it is the body of a hero, if it is a mother tantra deity, it is the body of a dakini, whether it is pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, or wrathful, visualize it in the same way. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then, encouraged by these words, repeatedly recite this steadfast mantra: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ. I am the embodiment of the wisdom deity, spreading the net of wisdom's illusion. From the radiating light of the heart, free from attachment to companions, attendants, and substantiality. The clear and empty illusory body of the deity, the unobstructed sound and emptiness of the mantra. All appearances are the realm of great bliss Dharmakaya, the aspects of peaceful, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful appearing distinctly yet empty. May I instantly transform into the nature of heroes and dakinis! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, Yoga and its retinue deities, the essence of body, speech, and mind wisdom, remain steadfast! (Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Yoga Sa Pa Ri Bā Ra De Ba De Bī Kā Ya Wā Ka Ci Tta Jñā Na Gar Bhe Ti ṣṭha Bhrūṃ) Thus recite and bless. Then, at the time of taking refuge, make this profound visualization: In the sky in front of oneself, who remains in an ordinary state, visualize the great Vajradhara, surrounded by a sea of gurus. To his right, visualize Samantabhadra, surrounded by all the Buddhas. To his left, countless volumes of profound secret mantras and other Dharma texts surround him. Behind, visualize the nine-deity Hayagriva, surrounded by a host of yidams. Below, meditate on the dakinis and Dharma protectors. Surrounding oneself, with parents at the forefront, along with all beings without exception, take refuge with reverence through the three doors. Recite the words of taking refuge, and finally, the guru dissolves into light, transforming into a white bindu, which dissolves into the crown of one's head. Then, the Buddhas dissolve into light, transforming into a blue bindu, visualize it dissolving into the space between one's eyebrows. The Dharma texts dissolve into light, transforming into a red bindu, visualize it dissolving into one's throat. The yidam deities dissolve into light, transforming into a five-colored bindu, visualize it dissolving into one's heart. The mother tantra dakinis dissolve into light, transforming into a reddish-brown bindu, visualize it dissolving into one's navel. All the Dharma protectors dissolve into light, transforming into a green bindu, meditate on it dissolving into one's secret place. The beings of the six realms dissolve into light, visualize them vanishing into the sky like a rainbow. Oneself dissolves into light, becoming the supreme deity, visualize appearances as devoid of inherent existence. This is the ultimate depth. Then, at the time of blessing the offerings, while clearly visualizing oneself as the supreme deity, from the center of one's heart, radiate the syllable Oṃ. From the syllable Oṃ, radiate Oṃ, filling all directions, purifying the suffering of all sentient beings. The peaceful and wrathful deities of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, gather in the form of light, dissolving into the syllable Oṃ, and from the syllable Oṃ, radiate Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ Āḥ and Mūṃ Lāṃ Māṃ Pāṃ Tāṃ. These transform into the five Buddha families, fathers and mothers, the union of the fathers and mothers --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
