忏悔文：观想忏悔未圆满之誓言。 吽！诸佛之母，智慧佛母之主， 咒护暴怒母，金刚独发母， 使者、奉命者及眷属众， 以慈悲之爱，请垂听于我。 我已进入秘密真言之坛城， 领受难违之严厉誓言， 虽承诺如法修持并立誓， 然因无知愚昧而违犯错谬， 凡有违背您意者， 以强烈之懊悔坦白忏悔， 祈赐不变清净之殊胜成就。 念诵此文及百字明咒。 三、祈请事业：吽！智慧佛母及眷属众， 从清净心之愿望圆满中， 从……起，迅速成就所托付之事业。 如此以祈愿所欲之事，思维修持一切事业无碍成就，显现于前。 之后，为特殊必要之事，若欲催动猛厉事业之誓言，则于所设三角朵玛之口中洒血。 观想勾招融入之对境，洒甘露，加持三字（嗡ōng，啊ā，吽hōng），之后如前将根本咒与朵玛咒连缀，献供后，自身以本尊之坚定傲慢，如此猛烈催请： 吽！三角深蓝燃烧之法界， 红黑血海沸腾之虚空， 三时诸佛之独一母， 咒护暴怒母从法界中起， 深蓝如黑暗般的肤色， 右手持杖于头上挥舞， 左手持铁狼之心， 九十万狼女化为使者， 以紧抓之铁爪， 掏出仇敌之心，斩断命脉， 吞食血肉骨骼与感官， 时而显现丑陋可怖之相， 深蓝裸身九头母， 十八手臂双足母， 巡游虚空，行走于空中， 以猛烈之力撼动三界， 手中紧握铁钩， 取出作恶仇敌之心， 从燃烧之眼中滴落鲜血， 发出刺耳之声，摧毁魔军， 役使欲界自在母为奴仆， 差遣显有世间之母为使者， 您乃百母之主， 猛烈事业不可思议， 请享用此誓言物朵玛， 迅速勾招违背誓言之仇敌与障碍， 迅速捆绑并严厉束缚， 迅速杀戮并摧毁其感官， 吞食血肉心肝作为食物， 时机已到，勿减威力， 猛烈诅咒，切勿减弱力量！

Confession: Contemplate confessing the unfulfilled vows. Bhyo! Queen of all Buddhas, the chief of the Wisdom Mother, Mantra-protecting Wrathful Mother, Vajra Ekajati, Messengers, decree-obeyers, and retinue, With compassionate love, please heed me. I have entered the mandala of secret mantra, Taken upon myself the inviolable and strict vows, Although I promised and vowed to practice properly, Due to ignorance and delusion, I have transgressed and erred, Whatever has occurred that is contrary to your mind, With intense remorse, I confess and repent, Grant the supreme accomplishment of unchanging purity. Recite this text and the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Three, Requesting Activities: Bhyo! Wisdom Mother and retinue, From the complete fulfillment of the pure mind's wishes, From...onward, swiftly accomplish the entrusted activities. Thus, by praying for what is desired, contemplate the unobstructed accomplishment of all kinds of activities, appearing vividly before you. Then, for a particularly important purpose, if you wish to urge the oath for fierce activities, sprinkle blood on the mouth of the arranged triangular torma. Visualize attracting and dissolving the object, sprinkle nectar, bless the three syllables (Om, Ah, Hum), then, as before, connect the root mantra with the torma mantra, and after offering, with the firm pride of the deity, urge fiercely as follows: Bhyo! The third is requesting the wisdom beings to return: For those with deity images, recite 'Here, together with the form,' etc., etc., and scatter flowers to stabilize. For the worldly retinues, recite 'Return, return, to your own nature,' sending them back to their respective places. Finally, complete it by dedicating the merit and reciting auspicious prayers. Ekajati, the protector of the great secret teachings! Who cherishes practitioners like her own child! This activity ritual compiled with concise words! May it become a cause for the increase of merit and teachings!
