吾等守护眷属与财物，白日警戒，夜晚燃灯。 惩罚怨敌，役使邪魔，祈请诛杀佛教之敌！ 贝！ 具光吉祥天母（dpal ldan lha mo srid pa'i rgyal，吉祥天女，有权势的女神），身色如墨，安住于须弥山之巅，脐间日月升起，手持明镜与蛇索，孔雀翎饰摇曳生姿，狮子与蛇饰装点耳畔，身披人皮为衣。祈请您驾驭神通骡马三足兽，偕同无数空行母众，以身语意之力，诛杀邪魔！ 哇！ 吽！ 祈请十六位侍从眷属与三十位傲慢首领，以身语意之力加持。若欲详述侍从与傲慢者之名号与装束，可供养朵玛（mdos，食子，一种供品）。 吽！ 具光吉祥大黑天（dpal ldan ma hA kA la，具光吉祥大黑天），依于须弥山之巅，身形等同三界，眼燃劫火，口涌劫水，鼻喷劫风，耳闻万雷轰鸣，双手持檀木棒，身披劫末之暗黑氅衣，呼出白色天兵，抵御阿修罗之战。释迦牟尼佛（shAkya thub pa）曾予您灌顶，赞您为一切护法之首。我等向大黑天眷属之主，具光圆满黑尊（legs ldan nag po，圆满黑尊）奉献世间朵玛供，以及五智虚空、方便与智慧之弓箭、身语意之号角、降伏魔军之胜幢、宣扬美名之幡旗，以及饰以身替像之供品，献予大黑天眷属。 贝！ 释迦牟尼佛之教法，仰仗具大神力之护法，魔母与阎罗之妹，欲界之主，我等向您奉献世间朵玛供，如前祈请事业，并供养眷属之众。奉献人、马、鸟、犬各百万！ 吽！ 我乃世间之主，空行母之首，大黑天威猛无比，圆满黑尊乃眷属之主，统摄男女诸部之具光怙主（dpal mgon，具光怙主）黑天，我等奉献无数门巴黑人，无数饰以黑绸之黑马，无数黑鸟，无数铁齿黑犬，以及无数屠戮怨敌之屠夫，遍满大地虚空。祈请无数黑天使者，摧毁佛教之敌，抵御敌军。

We protect the retinue and wealth, keep watch during the day, and light lamps at night. Punish the hateful enemies, employ the harmful obstructors, and beseech you to slay the enemies of the doctrine! Bhye! Glorious Palden Lhamo (dpal ldan lha mo srid pa'i rgyal, Glorious Goddess, Queen of Existence), whose form is like darkness, dwells on the summit of Mount Meru, from whose navel the sun and moon arise, holding a mirror and a snake lasso in her hands, with peacock feather ornaments swaying, ears adorned with lions and snakes, wearing a human skin as a garment. We beseech you to ride the magical mule with three legs, accompanied by a retinue of a hundred thousand dakinis, and with your body, speech, and mind, slay the evil ones! Va! Hum! We beseech the sixteen attendant siblings and the thirty arrogant leaders, with your body, speech, and mind. If you wish to enumerate the names and attire of the attendant and arrogant ones, offer the torma (mdos, offering cake). Hum! Glorious Mahakala (dpal ldan ma hA kA la, Glorious Great Black One), relies on the summit of Mount Meru, whose form is equal to the three realms, from whose eyes blaze the fires of the eon, from whose mouth flows the water of the eon, from whose nostrils blows the black wind of the eon, from whose ears resound a thousand thunders of the eon, holding two sandalwood clubs in his hands, wearing a great cloak like the darkness of the eon, exhaling white divine soldiers, and repelling the battle of the asuras. Shakyamuni Buddha (shAkya thub pa) empowered you and praised you as the chief of all Dharma protectors. We offer the worldly torma offering to the lord of the Mahakala assembly, the glorious and radiant Legden Nagpo (legs ldan nag po, Perfect Black One), along with the sky of the five wisdoms, the bow and arrow of skillful means and wisdom, the bugle of body, speech, and mind, the victory banner that conquers the maras, the banner that proclaims fame, and the ornaments adorned with body substitutes, to the assembly of Mahakala. Bhye! For the doctrine of Shakyamuni Buddha, you are a great protector with mighty power, the mother of demons and the sister of Yama, the mistress of the desire realm. We offer you the worldly torma offering, and as before, we beseech you for activities, and offer to the retinue. We offer a hundred thousand each of humans, horses, birds, and dogs! Hum! I am the lord of all existence, the great leader of the assembly of mothers and dakinis, the mighty Mahakala, the lord of the assembly, Legden Nagpo, the glorious protector (dpal mgon, glorious protector) Black One, who embodies both male and female lineages. We offer countless Monpa black people, countless black horses adorned with black silk, countless black birds, countless black dogs with iron teeth, and countless butchers who slay enemies, filling the earth and space. May the countless black messengers of Nagpo crush the enemies of the doctrine and repel the enemy forces. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

La! Bhyo! Remati (a female guardian deity), who has power over the sky! The only sister of all protectors! Great war queen! And all the retinue, I offer. To perform for stable abiding or for the sake of what is needed. May the guardian deities surround the support, And may all siddhis gather. The supreme instruction for averting obstacles! I instruct the Black Blood Drinker (Khagkhying Nagpo, a wrathful deity). The secret essence of the profound terma of Orgyen Chokgyur Lingpa (an incarnation of Padmasambhava). Auspicious!
