Resting in the recognition of one's own nature, without any rejection, hope, fear, transfer, or calculation, remaining focused and clear, unattached and lucid, spacious and relaxed. This is the essential point of all effortless completion stage practices. Second, the main practice is to meditate on the empty wheel, using the protection wheel, and practicing the stages of vase breathing: Visualize oneself as Vajrayogini (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रयोगिनी, Sanskrit Romanization: Vajrayoginī, Literal Chinese Meaning: Vajra Yogini), with the wrathful appearance of a lion-faced dakini, possessing a smiling countenance. The body is red in color, blazing with radiance like a ruby, the two hands holding a curved knife and a skull cup. The head is adorned with a crown of skulls, and a garland of wet heads hangs down. The body is adorned with bone ornaments and jewels, possessing elegance and youthfulness, the legs resting in a posture of stretching, bending, and entwining. Outwardly appearing as a goddess, inwardly possessing the nature of emptiness and light. Clear like a lamp lit inside a red silk tent. The body is upright, the central channel (uma) as thick as a medium-sized arrow shaft, with the two ends inserted into the crown and the secret place respectively. At the point four fingers below the navel, the two channels, Roma and Kyangma, branch out from the central channel to the left and right, as thick as the thumb and forefinger. They separate like branches growing from a tree, extending upwards, the ends almost touching the central channel, finally inserting into the two nostrils at the level of the eyebrows. At the crown of the head is the Great Bliss Wheel, from which thirty-two channels branch out from the central channel, the color is white, like the ribs of an umbrella curving downwards, with a white 'Ha' syllable (Tibetan: ཧ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ha) facing downwards at the tip and in the center of each. At the throat is the Enjoyment Wheel, from which sixteen channels branch out from the central channel, the color is yellow, like the ribs of an umbrella pointing upwards, with a yellow 'Ri' syllable (Tibetan: རི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: रि, Sanskrit Romanization: ri, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ri) facing upwards in the center and at the tip of each channel. At the heart is the Dharma Wheel, from which eight channels branch out from the central channel, the color is blue, like the ribs of an umbrella curving downwards, with a blue 'Ni' syllable (Tibetan: ནི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: णि, Sanskrit Romanization: ṇi, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ni) facing downwards in the center and at the tip of each channel. At the navel is the Emanation Wheel, from which sixty-four channels branch out from the central channel, the color is red-green, like the ribs of an umbrella pointing upwards, with a red-green 'Sa' syllable (Tibetan: ས།, Sanskrit Devanagari: स, Sanskrit Romanization: sa, Literal Chinese Meaning: Sa) facing upwards in the center and at the tip of each channel. These channels are as thick as medium millet grains. Visualize them as straight without distortion, possessing the qualities of bliss and emptiness, being thin and flexible, with their respective colors being extremely clear and bright. Having established such clarity, above the crown of the head, visualize the lama and yab-yum (father-mother) as clear as before. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

At the location four fingers below the navel, within the central channel, visualize a triangular fire wheel, the Dharma origin (Tibetan: ཆོས་འབྱུང་, meaning: Dharma arising), with its opening pointing upwards. Within this fire wheel, visualize the nature of wind-mind—the union of the father and mother of Padma Heruka (Tibetan: པདྨ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་, Sanskrit: Padma Heruka, meaning: Lotus Wrathful One), tiny in form like a bean, the color of fire, extremely wrathful, possessing the tactile sensations of heat, burning, and stinging. Then, according to the practical instructions, exhale three times. After that, in conjunction with the fourfold vase breathing, perform these visualizations: With the inhalation of air, the fire wheel at the navel blazes, and from the body of Padma Heruka, flames and tiny sparks erupt, making a 'tsa tsa' sound, appearing deep red, filling the inside of the body. With the exhalation of air, flames shoot out from the pores, and the flames and weapons of fiery nature fill the entire three thousand worlds. All things that obstruct the attainment of supreme siddhi are burned to ashes. Visualize the outer perimeter being tightly surrounded by a tent formed of flames and weapons of fiery nature, so that obstacles cannot find any gaps. Again, with the inhalation of air, the tiny sparks and flames return from the pores and dissolve into the fire wheel below the navel. The body of Padma Heruka emits even greater flames, and the navel's chakra is filled with a deep red color from the fire. Similarly, each breath is combined with the sequence from bottom to top, gradually filling the heart chakra, throat chakra, and crown chakra. Then, the fire moves upwards from within the central channel, touching the body of the guru-father and mother at the crown, stimulating great bliss. From the guru's body, drops of great bliss, white like silver water and shimmering, descend. Each breath is combined with this, and bodhicitta gradually fills the crown chakra, throat chakra, heart chakra, and navel chakra in sequence from top to bottom, and the flow of bodhicitta also flows from the seed syllables of the chakras. Visualize that the inside and outside of the body, all the pores, are filled with a mixture of flames and bodhicitta nectar, shimmering with dew-like drops. Visualize the seed syllables at the center of the four chakras, with their mantra chains rotating clockwise like their respective colors, emitting a 'di ri ri' sound, and focus the mind on the nature of bliss and warmth, visualizing the fourfold vase breathing. Sometimes, relying only on vase breathing, alternately recite the mantra with the mind. The rotating wheel and the mantra to be recited are: Om Bam Simha Dakini Harini Sa Hum (Tibetan: བཾ་སིཾ་ཧ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ཧཱུྃ༔). If you wish to practice wrathful methods, then the rotating wheel and the mantra to be recited are: Om Ah Ka Sa Ma Ra Tsa Phat (Tibetan: ཨཿཀཿསཿ མཿརཿཙཿཕཊཿ). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
