Meditate on yourself as a red Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). If phlegm arises, offer powdered ginger with cold water. If you feel cold, take warming medicine; gnawing on fatty bones will help. For wind disorders, burn flour and incense. If food is not digested, take vegetable leaves. This is the best way to eliminate all obstacles. Three purities will arise: the obscurations of the body will be cleared, the faults of speech will be cleared, and the dualistic clinging of the mind will be cleared. At that time, by striving in wind and ḍummo (inner heat) yoga, the body will blaze with warmth and bliss, speech will blaze with power, and the mind will blaze with realization. Three gatherings will occur: during the day, people will gather; at night, ḍākinīs will gather; day and night, food, wealth, and enjoyment will gather. The four hundred and four diseases of the body, such as blood disorders, leprosy, tumors, and pus, as well as the three hundred and sixty evil spirits, will be pacified, and all bad dreams and omens will be pacified. The benefits of doing this are: attachment to desires will decrease, you will dwell in secluded retreats, you will respect qualified gurus, you will increase samādhi alone, you will have pure perception towards friends, like the king of warmth in fire, the king of swans in water, the king of diamonds in weapons, like the king of wind gods in wind, like a small brown mouse on the ground, like a soaring bird in the sky. No white hair or wrinkles, a hard body, tight teeth, appearing like a sixteen-year-old full of vitality, the three realms will be under control, and all appearances will be known as treasures. This special essence extraction, whoever does it, male or female, if practiced for three years, will accomplish the rainbow body; even if practiced for three months, immortality will be accomplished. There is no doubt that the vidyādhara level will be attained. This is the advice of Orgyen Rinpoche (Padmasambhava). Furthermore, when performing essence extraction, whatever you eat or drink, you must recite this mantra twenty-one times: Oṃ Tude Tude Svāhā (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཐུད་དེ་ཐུད་དེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ॐ तुदे तुदे स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ tude tude svāhā,汉语字面意思:Oṃ, grant, grant, svāhā!). Samaya (pledge). Seal! Seal!). Zab Gya (藏文:ཟབ་རྒྱ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:zab gya,汉语字面意思:Profound seal!). Ter Gya (藏文:གཏེར་རྒྱ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:ter gya,汉语字面意思:Treasure seal!). Tad Gya (藏文:གཏད་རྒྱ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:tad gya,汉语字面意思:Entrusted seal!). This was taken from the treasure by Guru Chöwang (Guru Powerful Dharma), an emanation of Padmasambhava, and bestowed upon Orgyen Lingpa (Orgyen Isle), and then passed down in succession. Sarva Mangalam (May all be auspicious)! Regarding the method of practice: Carefully observe a straight juniper tree. On auspicious days such as the tenth day of the month, at sunrise, visualize yourself as the deity. Visualize the juniper tree as a wisdom ḍākinī, and pluck it in a manner of requesting accomplishment. Make pills according to the ritual. Then place the pills inside a skull cup and place it in front of you. Perform refuge, bodhicitta, and the seven-branch offering as usual, and then recite Oṃ Svabhāva Oṃ, self-nature) and other mantras. From emptiness, in an instant, a wisdom ḍākinī appears, white in color, with one face and two arms, wearing silk celestial garments and a crown, flowing. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hanging loosely, with legs in a posture of stretching and contracting upon a lotus and sun cushion, the right hand holding a curved knife raised in the sky, the left holding a skull cup filled with nectar. Visualizing appearance as not inherently existent, a rainbow-like form, upon the crown of the head, the union of samsara and nirvana into a state of five lights, the refuge, the embodiment of the three roots, Guru Padmasambhava, with a blue body, holding a vajra and bell in his two hands. Adorned with silks, jewels, and bone ornaments, wearing a tiger skin lower garment. In union with Yum Mandārava, red and clear, holding a curved knife and skull cup.
