ཏོར་མ་གཙང་སར་འདོར་ཞིང་། བདག་གི་བསམ་པའི་སྟོབས་དང་ནི། །སོགས་བདེན་སྟོབས་བརྗོད་པ་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བས་སྨོན་ལམ་ཤིས་བརྗོད་ཀྱིས་མཐའ་བརྒྱན་པར་བྱའོ། །ཞེས་ཀླུ་གཏོར་གདེངས་ཅན་འདོད་འཇོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་ནི་དགེ་སྦྱོང་བློ་གསལ་རྒྱ་མཚོས་བསྐུལ་ངོར་ཁུངས་ལྡན་ཡིག་རྙིང་གི་དགོངས་པ་བཞིན་འགྱུར་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེས་ 28-20-5b བཀོད་པའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་རྣམ་དཔྱོད་བློ་གྲོས་ཀྱི་ནོར་ལྡན་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་འགྱུར་མེད་ཡིད་བཞིན་ལེགས་གྲུབ་ཀྱིས་བགྱིས་པའོ།། །

将朵玛(torma,一种供品)丢弃在干净的地方,凭借我意念的力量等真实力量的陈述作为前导,以祈愿吉祥的祝愿来庄严结尾。这部名为《龙朵玛·如意宝》的仪轨,是应比丘洛色嘉措(Blo-gsal-rgya-mtsho)的劝请,由坚固金刚('Gyur-med-rdo-rje)根据可靠的古籍文献的意旨编写而成,书写者是具有辨别智慧财富的种姓之子坚固如意圆满('Gyur-med-yid-bzhin-legs-grub)所为。

The torma (torma, an offering) is discarded in a clean place, and with the statement of the power of my mind, etc., and the power of truth as a prelude, it is adorned at the end with auspicious wishes. This ritual called 'Naga Torma, the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel' was written by the monk Losal Gyatso (Blo-gsal-rgya-mtsho) at the urging of Gyurme Dorje ('Gyur-med-rdo-rje) in accordance with the intent of reliable ancient texts, and the scribe was Gyurme Yidzhin Lekdrub ('Gyur-med-yid-bzhin-legs-grub), a son of lineage endowed with the wealth of discerning wisdom. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
