Furthermore, at the end of either the evening or morning session, offer the Torma to the protectors of the Kagyu and Terma lineages according to the oral tradition, or offer a general Torma to the Treasure Lords. After each Tsok offering, do not discard the remaining Tsok food, but collect it. When reciting the practice text, visualize oneself as inseparable from the deity. From the three Samadhis, from the seed syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文:hūṃ,Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, meaning: Hūṃ), emanate E (ཨེ,梵文:e,Romanized Sanskrit: e, meaning: E), Yaṃ (ཡཾ,梵文:yaṃ,Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, meaning: Yaṃ), Raṃ (རཾ,梵文:raṃ,Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, meaning: Raṃ), Suṃ (སུཾ,梵文:suṃ,Romanized Sanskrit: suṃ, meaning: Suṃ), Keṃ (ཀེཾ,梵文:keṃ,Romanized Sanskrit: keṃ, meaning: Keṃ), Raṃ (རཾ,梵文:raṃ,Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, meaning: Raṃ), and Bhrūṃ (བྷྲཱུྃ,梵文:bhrūṃ,Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, meaning: Bhrūṃ) in sequence. From these arise the elements stacked upon each other, with Mount Meru on top, within a blazing fire, a palace that is the wrathful mandala. In the center of the deity's abode, within a dark blue triangle, is the main deity. Around it is a wheel of weapons with ten spokes, and on the seats are the ten wrathful deities. On the outer layer with five spokes, visualize the goddesses of the five elements, as mentioned in the oral tradition. However, it might not be aesthetically pleasing to draw five spokes at the end of ten spokes, so I think it would not be contradictory to place the goddesses of the five elements, the five consorts, in the inner courtyard. In the surrounding outer courtyard, generate the assembly of Damchen protectors, including the seventy glorious protectors. Perform the blessing of the three places, invocation, offering, praise, and general activities according to the practice text. For other sessions, after refuge and bodhicitta, follow the root practice method. From 'In a moment, through the Samadhi of...' to 'The yogi meditates in this way...', the very essence of self-awareness, which has been primordially blissful and has gone to bliss, is instantly clarified as the body of the Lord of Secrets, without the need for elaborate steps such as invocation, offering, and praise. The visualization for recitation: 'From the mantra garland at my heart, rays of light, mantra sounds, and flames emanate. Outward, they burn the harmful enemies and obstacles; inward, they destroy the five poisons of affliction, abiding in the state of the great glorious body, speech, and mind.' Recite this, and then explain its meaning with instructions: In the unobstructed self-awareness of clear radiance that does not lose its knowing nature, the body of the wrathful Lord of Secrets appears like a moon in water or a rainbow. At the heart, visualize a sun disc. If it is difficult to grasp, visualize it as small as a lentil; if it is easy to grasp, visualize it as large as a spinning wheel, flat and stable. In the center is the heart mantra Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文:hūṃ,Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, meaning: Hūṃ) in blue, surrounded by a right-turning mantra garland, with all the letters upright, proclaiming their own sounds, and radiating flames. After gaining some clarity on this, countless rays of light, as bright and dazzling as a billion suns, emanate from the heart mantra and garland, filling one's own wrathful body. The rays of light emanate outward from all the faces and pores, pervading all the vast Buddha fields that fill the sky, reaching the refuge sources: the root gurus, the three jewels, the Sugatas, and the Vidyadharas. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
