With the perfect mandala and beautiful music, I offer to my guide, the venerable Lama, Heruka Dpal (Tibetan, Heruka Dpal, Glorious Heruka), may the samaya be fulfilled. May the Vajra Yogini, who has become the mudra of the body, fulfill her samaya. May Vajrasattva, who has become the son of the lineage, fulfill his samaya. May the Yidams, who bestow accomplishments and blessings, fulfill their samaya. May the Mudras, who generate realization and compassion, fulfill their samaya. May the Dakinis and Dharma Protectors, who dispel obstacles and possess activity, fulfill their samaya. May the gods and demons, who perform good and bad, beneficial and harmful deeds, fulfill their samaya. May the Mamos, who have made vows before the glorious one, fulfill their samaya. May the six realms of beings, who are the objects of compassion, may the gods and goddesses fulfill their samaya. May all karmic debts and obstacles, may the Yidam deities clearly fulfill their samaya. May the samaya be fulfilled! The samaya substances for fulfilling the samaya are, the five supreme great essences, and the gaṇacakra, torma, medicine, rakta, pleasing offerings, and beautiful music, may it be fulfilled with the radiance of the clear light of the butter lamp. Hūṃ! May it be fulfilled in the vast expanse of the nature of phenomena, may it be fulfilled in the expanse of great wisdom of appearances, may it be fulfilled in the expanse of blazing clarity of wisdom, may it be fulfilled in the expanse of the nature of phenomena of primordial purity of suffering, may it be fulfilled in the expanse of the inseparability of relative and ultimate truth, there is no fulfillment, may it be fulfilled in the state of unborn, there is no offering, may it be offered with the play of non-duality, there is no union, may it be united in the great union, there is no liberation, may it be liberated in the realm of equality, may the samaya be fulfilled with primordial union and primordial liberation. When will I enter the womb of Bodhi (lhum, womb, matrix), may I not fall into the great abyss of Samsara, may I not be enveloped in the darkness of ignorance, may I not be born in a deep ravine, may I not fall into the copper pot of hell, may I not hear the roar of ferocious beasts, may I not be struck by the sharp weapon of karma! May I, with the kind and gracious precious Guru, and the Vajra brothers and sisters of one samaya, and the three vidyadharas connected by the wisdom of kinship, in this life and all future lives, never be separated, and with single-pointed concentration, gradually traverse the ten bhumis! When the time comes to pass away and change bodies, may I not fall into the great abyss of Samsara due to the suffering of ignorance and delusion, may the clear lamp of compassion not diminish, may this illuminating wisdom and bright lamp oil mark the traces of the Vidyadhara practitioners! May I not fall into the copper pot of hell due to the karmic suffering of tormenting hatred, may the clear lamp of compassion not diminish, may this illuminating wisdom and bright lamp oil mark the traces of the Vidyadhara practitioners!
