The concise Torma Offering Ritual for the Guardians, the Matron Sisters of Magön, from the Kunzang Tukter TD1045. Northern Matron Magön, Torma Offering. Namo Guru Shri Herukaya (Homage to the glorious Heruka Guru!) To perform the daily Torma offering to the protectors of the authentic Peaceful, Wrathful, and Phurba deities, the powerful Rakshasa Mahakala and the goddess Rangjung Gyalmo (Self-Arisen Queen), one should prepare a triangular Torma made of black beans for Mahakala in a skull cup or copper/iron vessel, adorned with flesh and blood, along with chang (Tibetan beer), radish, and turnip; and a triangular Torma of flesh and blood soaked in chang for the goddess. When entrusting the command, place a black silk umbrella over both. With the pride of being oneself Pal Heruka, recite RAM YAM KHAM to burn and cleanse the impurities of the Torma. From the seed syllables in one's heart, emanate YAM RAM KAM AH, and upon a wind, fire, and skull tripod, inside a wide and vast skull cup, from OM AH HUM transform into the five meats and five amritas. The wind ignites the fire, and the samaya substances in the skull melt and boil, transforming into the nectar of samaya, whose rays invoke the wisdom nectar, which dissolves into it. The ocean of nectar, inseparable from samaya and wisdom, arises as whatever desired enjoyment. Bless by reciting OM AH HUM three times. At the beginning of the actual practice, it is necessary to add the subjugation of the Karma Mahakala of one's own lineage, but it is said that it is not necessary for daily Torma offerings, etc. Therefore, visualize the Wisdom Mahakala: Purify by reciting OM MAHA SHUNYATA, etc. Within emptiness, on the base in front, upon a lotus, sun, and enemy/obstacle seat, a dark blue HUM syllable blazes with light, transforming into Mahakala. The Great Black One, majestic and radiant, wears a layered cloak on his body, adorned with blazing tiger skin armlets, and decorated with eight charnel ground ornaments and snakes. He wears iron boots on his feet, standing upon a prostrated enemy/obstacle. His right hand holds aloft a three-pointed khatvanga, and his left hand drinks blood from a skull cup. His hair is styled in an upright topknot, his face is fierce, baring his fangs, and his beard is yellow. Vajra Rakshasi (Vajra demoness) is his consort on his left, accompanied by servant rakshasas and hordes of demons. Above are garudas, and below are hordes of flesh-eating beasts, all uttering terrifying sounds. Dissolving into non-duality. Hūṃ! With faith and samaya, I invite the glorious protector. By the power of compassion and vow, please descend to protect the teachings. Oṃ bhur kur mahākāla rakmo kroti śvarī samaya hriṃ jaḥ jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ samaya stvaṃ. Thus, the wisdom being is invited and remains steadfast in a state of non-duality. Again, the maṇḍala of glorious Heruka bestows empowerment and blessings. The lord of the family, Akṣobhya, seals it. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra amṛta ehyehi sarva maṇḍala hūṃ abhiṣiñca māṃ hūṃ hrīḥ ṭhaḥ. Contemplate yourself as the great glorious one, invoking the samaya being with mantra. Vajra Smebrtsegs (Diamond Pile) samaya mantra: Oṃ bhuru kuru ici kyi phyi ucitsma krota hūṃ phaṭ. Oṃ bhur ki phaṭ. Recite a little. Secret heart essence: Oṃ mahākāla guṇa hṛdaya hūṃ phaṭ. Recite as much as possible. Oṃ śrī mahākāla saparivāra mahā śmaśāna arghaṃ... śabda pratīccha svāhā, offer. Hūṃ! Great sovereign, fierce one, emanation of Vajrasattva, king of wrathful ones, great Giṅ, sovereign, arise, king of demons! For the sake of subduing the difficult-to-tame enemies and obstructors of this degenerate age, may the great yogi praise you, and offer you fitting samaya substances. In the past, during the auspicious kalpa, do not forget the vows you made, do not abandon your samaya promises. As in the past, Now, as the yogi practices, from the top of the Bam skull, descend, great executioner Giṅ, move your body! Black banners, pururu like rain, various weapons fall like rain. Black demon arrows clang like copper, black demon birds soar and swoop. Complete with various charnel ground ornaments, open your fangs in a terrifying mouth, and devour the heart blood of those who have broken their vows. In the retinue of the great deity, wrathful male and female emanations intertwine, male and female rākṣasas make sounds, along with the army of male and female yakṣas, flesh-eating males and females revel in flesh and blood. The tongue flashes like lightning, the roar is like thunder. Furthermore, all the arrogant beings of the world, along with their retinues and entourages, who have made vows before the glorious one, this great assembly maṇḍala, even those who merely hold the name, like a blazing jewel on the crown of the head, without deceit, with reverence, take it to heart and place it on the crown of the head, honoring and practicing it. As promised and vowed, may all activities be accomplished swiftly and without obstruction.
