意为慈爱之心。与大权尊（藏语：དབང་ཆེན་，Wàngquán，Great Authority，指马头金刚）之心无二无别地结合，愿获得忿怒尊（藏语：ཁྲོ་རྒྱལ་，Chuōgyá，Wrathful King，指马头金刚）之心的加持！于心间安立明点（藏语：ཐིག་ལེ་，Thílé，Bindu，指精华）。 通过以上这些，依托朵玛（藏语：གཏོར་མ་，Duōmǎ，Torma，食子）的灌顶仪轨，珍宝宝瓶（藏语：རིན་ཆེན་གཏེར་བུམ་，Rínqên Gērbǔm，Precious Treasure Vase）得以圆满完成。因此，务必守护好根本和支分的誓言，并且要将大权尊马头明王视为本尊来修持。如此想着，请跟随念诵。如主尊一般等等，按照共同的灌顶次第进行。 若有会供，则享用会供，并按照仪轨的顺序施放残食等。若无会供，则以供养赞颂、忏悔、收摄、回向和吉祥祈愿来结束。此乃降临加持顿超之要诀！ 以此具有详细仪轨的灌顶之精华，愿一切众生皆具成熟之善缘。愿大权尊之大手印成就！ 此乃奇妙加持之精华，莲花舞自在力（藏语：པདྨ་གར་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྩལ་，Bānmǎ Gēgyì Wàngchú Zái，Padma Gar gyi dbang phyug rtsal，莲师名号之一）于蔡扎仁钦扎（藏语：ཙ་འདྲ་རིན་ཆེན་བྲག་，Càzhá Rínqên Zhá，Tsa-dra Rinchen Drag）之寂静处汇集，作为奇妙宝藏之助缘。愿吉祥增上！

It means the mind of loving-kindness. Inseparably united with the heart of the Great Powerful One (Tibetan: དབང་ཆེན་, Wàngquán, Great Authority, referring to Hayagriva), may the empowerment of the heart of the Wrathful King (Tibetan: ཁྲོ་རྒྱལ་, Chuōgyá, Wrathful King, referring to Hayagriva) be obtained! Establish the bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ་, Thílé, Bindu, referring to essence) in the heart. Through these, relying on the Torma (Tibetan: གཏོར་མ་, Duōmǎ, Torma, offering cake) of empowerment ritual, the Precious Treasure Vase (Tibetan: རིན་ཆེན་གཏེར་བུམ་, Rínqên Gērbǔm, Precious Treasure Vase) is perfectly completed. Therefore, be sure to protect the root and branch vows well, and regard the Great Powerful Hayagriva as the Yidam deity to practice. Thinking like this, please follow along. Like the main deity, etc., proceed according to the common empowerment sequence. If there is a Tsog (Tibetan: ཚོགས་, Tsog, gathering), then enjoy the Tsog and release the leftovers, etc., according to the sequence of the ritual. If there is no Tsog, then conclude with offerings, praises, confession, absorption, dedication, and auspicious prayers. This is the key to descending blessings and Thögal (Tibetan: ཐོད་རྒལ་, Thödgal, Leap Over). With this essence of empowerment with detailed rituals, may all beings have the good fortune to be matured. May the great mudra of the Great Powerful One be accomplished! This is the essence of wonderful blessings, Padma Gar gyi Wangchuk Tsal (Tibetan: པདྨ་གར་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྩལ་, Bānmǎ Gēgyì Wàngchú Zái, Padma Gar gyi dbang phyug rtsal, one of the names of Guru Rinpoche) gathered at the solitary place of Tsadra Rinchen Drag (Tibetan: ཙ་འདྲ་རིན་ཆེན་བྲག་, Càzhá Rínqên Zhá, Tsa-dra Rinchen Drag) as a condition for the wonderful treasure.
