加持供品：舍 (Hrīḥ)！以供水、鲜花、焚香、明灯，以及香水、美食、美妙的音乐，还有色、声、香、味、触、法等一切悦意之物，加持为欲妙天女。嗡 阿哈RA 阿哈RA 吽 (Oṃ Āhāra Āhāra Hūṃ)！ 舍 (Hrīḥ)！加持自生清净的甘露，以及欲妙受用、威严的广大食子，还有降伏三有、六道的血供等一切，成为普贤供云。嗡 萨瓦 班杂 阿弥利达 吽 (Oṃ Sarva Pañca Amṛta Hūṃ)！嗡 玛哈 巴林达 布吉达耶 吽 (Oṃ Mahā Baliṃta Pūjite Hūṃ)！嗡 玛哈 贝玛 惹达 吽 (Oṃ Mahā Padma Rakta Hūṃ)！ 修持三 Samādhi（藏文：ཏིང་འཛིན་，梵文天城体：समाधि，梵文罗马拟音：Samādhi，汉语字面意思：等持）之法：唉 (E)！法身（藏文：ཆོས་སྐུ་，梵文天城体：धर्मकाय，梵文罗马拟音：Dharmakāya，汉语字面意思：法身）无生如虚空，大悲周遍一切众生，从因生万有，显现于吽 (Hūṃ) 字。从吽 (Hūṃ) 字放光，形成层层叠叠的五大。唉 (E) 扬 (Yaṃ) 惹 (Ra) 苏 (Suṃ) 肯 (Keṃ) 然 (Raṃ) 仲 (Bhrūṃ)！ 生起宫殿：舍 (Hrīḥ)！从唉 (E) 字生起深蓝色三角形的虚空，从扬 (Yaṃ) 字生起青绿色摇曳的风轮，从惹 (Ra) 字生起血海，波涛汹涌，从苏 (Suṃ) 字生起广阔的大地，从肯 (Keṃ) 字生起庄严的骨山，从然 (Raṃ) 字生起劫末的火焰，于此之中，显现威猛智慧的大宫殿。仲 比夏 比秀提 嘉纳 扎抓 曼达拉 仲 (Bhrūṃ Viśva Viśuddhe Jñāna Cakra Maṇḍala Bhrūṃ)！ 从仲 (Bhrūṃ) 字生起威猛炽燃的宫殿，红色三角形的权力月台上，有四辐轮、隅角、中庭，以及四门、阶梯，装饰得极其精美。外围环绕着金刚火焰。于智慧任运成就的宫殿中央，生起本尊： 自身乃是威权之王马头明王（藏文：རྟ་མཆོག་，梵文天城体：हयग्रीव，梵文罗马拟音：Hayagrīva，汉语字面意思：马颈），头顶直达梵天世界，双足延伸至大海之上，右臂擎起色界，左臂按压欲界大地，日月星辰环绕腰间，身色如劫末之火般炽燃，身躯雄伟地耸立在须弥山之上，头顶马首发出嘶鸣，右侧发出三次马鸣声，摄集所有阳性世间，左侧发出三次马鸣声，摄集所有阴性世间，发出舍 (Hrīḥ) 吽 (Hūṃ) 啪 (Phaṭ) 的秘密咒语，犹如千龙齐鸣，摄集三界一切，观想威慑三有，外围生起誓言护法众围绕，皆安住于智慧火焰之中。然后迎请：舍 (Hrīḥ)！莲花嘿汝嘎（藏文：པདྨ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་，梵文天城体：पद्म हेरुक，梵文罗马拟音：Padma Heruka，汉语字面意思：莲花饮血尊）从法界降临。

Blessing the Offerings: Hrīḥ! Bless the offerings of Argha (water for washing feet), flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, delightful music, and all desirable things such as forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and textures, transforming them into offering goddesses. Oṃ Āhāra Āhāra Hūṃ! Hrīḥ! Bless the self-originated pure nectar, the enjoyment of desirable things, the glorious great Torma (sacrificial cake), and all the blood offerings that subdue the three realms and six classes of beings, transforming them into Samantabhadra's offerings. Oṃ Sarva Pañca Amṛta Hūṃ! Oṃ Mahā Baliṃta Pūjite Hūṃ! Oṃ Mahā Padma Rakta Hūṃ! The practice of the three Samādhis: E! The Dharmakāya (Body of Truth) is unborn, like the sky, and great compassion pervades all sentient beings. From the cause, all things arise, appearing as the syllable Hūṃ. From the syllable Hūṃ, light radiates, forming layers of the elements. E Yaṃ Ra Suṃ Keṃ Raṃ Bhrūṃ! Generating the Palace: Hrīḥ! From the syllable E, a dark blue triangular space arises. From the syllable Yaṃ, a green-blue wind mandala sways. From the syllable Ra, an ocean of blood churns with waves. From the syllable Suṃ, a vast earth arises. From the syllable Keṃ, a majestic mountain of bones stands tall. From the syllable Raṃ, a conflagration of fire blazes. Within this, the great palace of powerful wisdom appears clearly. Bhrūṃ Viśva Viśuddhe Jñāna Cakra Maṇḍala Bhrūṃ! From the syllable Bhrūṃ, a fierce and blazing palace arises. In the center of the red-black triangular power platform, there is a four-spoked wheel, corners, a courtyard, four doors, and steps, all adorned with great beauty. The outer surroundings are encircled by a vajra (diamond) flame. In the center of the spontaneously accomplished wisdom palace, generate the deity: I myself am the powerful king, Hayagrīva (Horse Neck), whose head reaches the world of Brahma, whose feet extend over the ocean, whose right hand lifts the form realm, and whose left hand presses down on the earth of the desire realm. The sun, moon, and stars revolve around his waist, and his body blazes like the fire of the end of an aeon. His body stands majestically on Mount Meru, and the horse's head on his crown neighs. When he utters the horse's cry three times to the right, he gathers all male lineages of existence. When he utters the horse's cry three times to the left, he gathers all female lineages of existence. When he proclaims the secret mantra of Hrīḥ Hūṃ Phaṭ, it is like the simultaneous roar of a thousand dragons, gathering all three realms. Meditate on subduing the three realms. Generate the oath-bound protectors surrounding the deity, all dwelling in the expanse of wisdom fire. Then, invite: Hrīḥ!
