May you receive it! Thus, you purify the obscurations of equal accumulation, obtain the power of qualities, and have the fortune to obtain sixty-four qualities. Then, if you wish to request the power of activity, because the rosary, flowers, jewels, red lotus, sword, etc., are the sources of power, place them in your secret place, and visualize that you have obtained the power of all the assemblies of Mahakaruna（大悲）. Hum! These five forms are Avalokiteshvara（观世音菩萨）. Avalokiteshvara（观世音菩萨） Mandala activity empowerment is complete! By placing it in your secret place, may you obtain the power of all the assemblies of Mahakaruna（大悲）! Om Mani Padme Hum! Karma Abhisheka Ah! Hum! The color of the body is like a heap of red lotus jewels, protecting sentient beings with compassion like a child, bestowing supreme accomplishment upon practitioners, may the activities of the victorious ones, like the ocean, be auspicious! Thus, you purify the obscuration of knowledge, obtain the power of activity, and have the fortune to tame sentient beings. After these five powers of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity have been bestowed, next is the Torma empowerment of the union of the four activities: Visualize this Torma as all the assemblies of Mahakaruna（大悲） Mandala, and when it is placed on the crown of your head, visualize that you have obtained the power of the four activities of all the assemblies of Mahakaruna（大悲）. This Torma is Avalokiteshvara（观世音菩萨）, the power of the four activities of all the assemblies, may you, my child, obtain it! Dharmakaya（法身） Amitabha（无量光佛）, Sambhogakaya（报身） Mahakaruna（大悲）, Nirmanakaya（化身） Padmasambhava（莲花生大士）, Machig Labdrön（玛吉拉准）, Rechen Dorje Drakpa（热琼多杰扎巴）, and other Kagyu（噶举派） lineage masters, Khandro Yeshe Tsogyal（空行母益西措嘉）, Lord Nyangrel Nyima Öser（领主娘热尼玛沃瑟）, Tulku Sangye Lingpa（化身桑杰林巴）, and other Nyingma（宁玛派） lineage masters. Nepalese Manjushri（曼殊师利）, Dharma King Songtsen Gampo（法王松赞干布）, Drubthob Ngödrup（成就者当珠）, and other Kadampa（噶当派） lineage masters, Drubthob Karma Pakshi（成就者噶玛巴西）, Je Rangjung Dorje（杰让雄多杰）, and other Drikung Kagyu（直贡噶举） lineage masters, Mingyur Dorje Düd Dul Rolpa Tsal（明珠多杰杜度若巴匝）, and other Namchö（天法） lineage masters, Mahakaruna（大悲） Avalokiteshvara（观世音菩萨）, the thousand and two Buddhas of the Bhadrakalpa（贤劫） and other Buddhas like the ocean, glorious Hayagriva（马头明王） and the ten wrathful deities of wisdom and other heroes like the ocean, the Dakinis（空行母） of the four classes of secret wisdom and other heroines like the ocean, Guru Padmasambhava（莲花生大士） and other Siddhas（成就者） like the ocean, Shri Mahakala（玛哈嘎拉） and other Damchen（护法） like the ocean, please bless all the deities of the five oceans, may all diseases, evil spirits, and sins be pacified. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bless me so that I may triumph over the four maras, turning defeat into victory! Bless me so that I may be reborn in the Sukhavati Pure Land in the future! Om Mani Padme Hum (Tibetan: ༀ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ मणि पद्मे हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal meaning: Om Jewel in the Lotus Hum), bless the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Om Ah Hum Hrih Ah (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཨཱ༔ ), place at the five locations. Therefore, you have received the complete empowerment of the assembly of deities of the Great Compassionate One. So, these five Great Compassionate One deities, until you become indistinguishable from your own Great Compassionate One, regard Orgyen (Padmasambhava) and the Great Compassionate One as the Guru, Hayagriva as the Yidam, Secret Wisdom Dakini as the Dakini, and Glorious Protector as the Dharma Protector. After visualizing in this way, please repeat the following: As the Guru has instructed, I will follow all of these. From now on, I offer myself to you as a servant. Please accept me as a disciple, and please use me as you wish. Offer the mandala. Perform the ritual of sprinkling scented water, etc. Samaya (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ, Sanskrit Devanagari: समय, Sanskrit Romanization: samaya, Literal meaning: Vow). This text is from when the Nirmanakaya Tishtha Vajra, at the age of twelve, on the tenth day of the waxing black month of the Fire Monkey year, directly met the Great Compassionate One, Gyalwa Gyatso (incarnation of Avalokiteśvara), and was told that this was Karma Chakme's Dharma connection, and was personally given it.
