I dance like a horse, increasing the sharpness of awareness. At the end of the gathering, the deities of the front generation are absorbed into the pills, and auspicious prayers are offered. When needed, offer three portions of torma, swear truth to gods, demigods, and spirits, and make offerings to local deities and landowners. Until accomplishment is achieved, do not show the mandala to others, avoid defilement and impurity, wear clean clothes, be diligent in bathing, abstain from indulgent foods, and do not eat onions or garlic. The teachers and disciples who uphold vows and commitments should trust in the Buddha's teachings, establishing the sutras and tantras as witnesses. By gaining certainty in the Three Jewels, develop uncommon faith in the sacred Dharma and make a firm commitment. Especially, rely on the noble Avalokiteśvara (Chenrezig) without concealment, without distorting the scriptures, and without judging according to personal preferences, striving for the benefit of parents and all sentient beings. If this can be done, the pills will increase, swell, and fly, emitting sounds like lion's roars and buzzing, rainbows will appear in the sky, rain of flowers will fall, the natural sound of the six-syllable mantra (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ मणि पद्मे हूँ，Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，Literal Chinese meaning: Om! Jewel in the lotus! Hum!) will resonate in the sky, light will shine above the mandala, and many other special signs will appear. The water in the vase will boil, bubble, and steam will rise, all offerings will become radiant, incense and lamps will last a long time, the offering water will not freeze, and the dwelling will be warm and comfortable. The teachers and disciples will naturally experience bliss, clarity, and non-thought in meditation. These are signs of unobstructed blessings entering. Such a sacred substance of commitment, the pills, will liberate any being into whose body they enter from the suffering of the lower realms. If taken as sustenance for months, years, weeks, and days, one will temporarily attain a lifespan equal to the sun and moon, the body will become radiant, white hair and wrinkles will decrease, one will become brave and agile, and the balance of hot and cold will be maintained. One will not be harmed by demons and spirits, the mind will become peaceful and gentle, one will be loved by all, and merely seeing one will captivate the mind, making all beings happy, satisfied, and rejoice. Negative karma and defilements will be immediately purified, a genuine remembrance of death and renunciation will arise, and strong faith in the sacred Dharma will be forcibly born. Furthermore, merely wearing the pills on the body will prevent one from being affected by epidemics, poison, and weapons, will avert the harm of three hundred and sixty types of coughs, and all obstacles will naturally be pacified. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
