By reciting this, the life force and merit of all phenomena, existence, the four elements, visible and invisible, are absorbed into oneself. Then, to focus on the essential point: holding the torma in your hand, place it on your crown and say: Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ)! The clarity of one's own awareness is the naturally unconditioned samaya mind. Purifying the delusion from it, the primordial protector is the original Buddha. Wisdom being Amitayus, in this samaya, original appearance, and wisdom mandala, The mandala of the longevity deities descends, please grant empowerment and bless my being. May the three poisons be clear as bliss and emptiness, may I obtain the empowerment of pure reality. May the five poisons be self-manifesting and self-liberating, may I obtain the empowerment of non-grasping and non-elaboration. May everything be originally pure, in a state of non-elaboration, may I obtain the empowerment of vast expanse and freedom from action. May the three kayas be naturally complete, may I obtain the empowerment of bliss, clarity, and non-thought. May the five poisons be originally pure, may I obtain the empowerment of the five wisdoms. 愿获得本初清净之，如幻显现无实之自在。 愿获得胜义无实自解脱之，无执离戏自在。 愿获得一切本初清净普贤界，不可言说思议之自在。 复于其坛城中安住，愿寿命、福德、功德坚固。 愿获得寿命天之身语意功德，事业圆满之自在。 愿自此生至生生世世，与无量寿无别。 嗡啊吽 阿弥陀佛 哈雅格里瓦 毗卢遮那 寿命悉地 扎 吽 班 霍。念诵后，以食子、身像、文字于顶门灌顶。 自之身语意三，于本初即决断为身语意之自性，于一切行住坐卧中，不离寿命天之三摩地。 此之历史为：于吉祥桑耶寺，莲花生大士之亲子娘南卡宁波我，向莲师献上绿松石曼扎，祈请后蒙赐此法。 我已得自在，得灌顶者，其能力之征象为：后国王朗达玛作怖畏之敌对，食子亦未寻得，以小便作为食子陈设，寿命天之坛城降临于我之前，光芒照射于小便上，化为沸腾之胆汁与冰雹，国王亦惊恐。 恶臣们昏厥，未能加害于我。发出吽声，令他人之心胆怯。娘南卡宁波我向邬金（莲花生大士）请示，莲师说：‘我不能说，向我的替身请教。’ ‘今日我须前往拉萨祖拉康（惹萨邬康）作开光。’于彼处请教后，替身所说之语，毫无错谬地确定下来。 愿与未来具缘者相遇。教诫甚深。三昧耶。秘密印。勿向他人传播。三昧耶。不变金刚，具力猛厉事业之无谬伏藏。吉祥。愿广大兴盛。任何人皆勿篡改。三昧耶。印印印。勿泄密。

May I attain the power of primordial purity, the unreal manifestation of freedom. May I attain the power of ultimate truth, the self-liberation of unreality, the freedom from grasping and complexity. May I attain the power of all-encompassing primordial purity, the space of Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra), beyond words, thoughts, and expressions. Again, establish yourself in the center of that mandala, may life, glory, and merit be stable. May I attain the power of complete accomplishment of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the longevity deity. From this life onwards, may all lifetimes be inseparable from Amitayus (Tsepakme). OM AH HUNG AMITABHA HAYAGRIVA VAIROCANI AYUH SIDDHI JA HUNG BAM HO. After reciting, empower the crown of the head with the torma (sacrificial cake), image, and syllables. Decide that your body, speech, and mind are inherently the nature of body, speech, and mind from the very beginning, and in all activities, do not separate from the samadhi of the longevity deity. The history of this is: In glorious Samye Monastery, I, Nub Namkhai Nyingpo, the heart-son of Padmasambhava himself, offered a turquoise mandala to the master and prayed, and this was bestowed as a kindness. I have gained independence, and the sign of the ability of the empowered is: Later, King Langdarma made a fearful enemy, and even the torma substances could not be found, so urine was arranged as the torma substance, and the mandala of the longevity deity appeared before me, and the rays of light struck the urine, turning it into boiling bile and hail, and the king was also frightened. The evil ministers fainted and could not harm me. By uttering the sound HUNG, the minds of others were defeated. I, Namkhai Nyingpo, asked Orgyen (Padmasambhava), and the master said, 'I cannot say, ask my representative.' 'Today I must go to Lhasa Trulnang (Rasa Utrulnang) for consecration.'
