Krodho raudrarūpa! Fierce and terrifying! Three eyes wide open, bared fangs! Eyebrows, beard, and hair ablaze! Adorned with five skull crowns and fluttering five-colored silks! At the crown, a green-black horse head neighs! The horse's neigh subdues all arrogance! The right hand holds a burning lotus staff! The left hand forms a threatening mudra, casting down thunderbolts! The body is adorned with bone ornaments, a garland of heads, and snakes! A tiger skin skirt is adorned with strings of jewels! The two feet trample the eight classes of beings in a dancing posture! The body blazes with the fire of wisdom! Surrounded by eight emanations similar to oneself! Meditate on emptiness as a clear light! In the heart, visualize a square mandala! With four doors and four horse-headed portals! In the center, upon a lotus and sun-moon seat! From the syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (hrīḥ, seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, shame) arises Amitayus (Tshe dpag med)! Peaceful and red, with one face and two arms, hands in meditative equipoise! Holding a vase of longevity, the body adorned with jewels! Wearing upper and lower garments of five-colored silks! The two legs are clearly seated in the vajra posture! Surrounded by eight emanations similar to oneself! Thus, meditate on the wisdom mandala! In the center of the crown aperture! Visualize a square mandala with four doors! With four horse-headed portals, in its center! Upon an eight-petaled white lotus! From the syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (hrīḥ, seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, shame) arises Amitayus (Tshe dpag med)! White and clear, with a peaceful face, hands holding the vase of longevity! In meditative equipoise, the two legs in the vajra posture! Adorned with all the ornaments of the enjoyment body! Surrounded by thirty emanations similar to oneself! Thus, meditate on the skillful means mandala! In the throat, visualize a red intersecting dharma source! In its center, upon a sixteen-petaled lotus! From the syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (hrīḥ, seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, shame) arises Vajravarahi, who is red! Two faces and two arms, with a wrathful expression! At the crown, a black pig's head grunts! Holding a curved knife and khatvanga in the hands! Wearing the ornaments of a wrathful deity, standing in a dancing posture! Surrounded by sixteen emanations similar to oneself! Thus, meditate on the union mandala! In the navel, visualize a triangular dharma source center! Upon a lotus and sun disc, from the syllable ཧཱུྃ (hūṃ, seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, wrathful) arises Mahakala, who is black! With a wrathful face, the two hands holding a curved knife and skull cup! Wearing a black cloak on the body! The two feet trample obstructing spirits in a dancing posture! Surrounded by sixty emanations similar to oneself! Thus, meditate on the mandala that destroys obstacles! Thus, from the clear heart! Light radiates, from the western pure land of Sukhavati! Invite the wisdom being to descend! Meditate on it dissolving into oneself!
