May I be endowed with the blessings of the three lords! Guru Ayushe Abhisheñca Om! Placing the skullcup at the throat and tasting the nectar on the tongue! Ah! The immortal nectar, Pañca Amrita (five nectars), a medicine compounded from eight roots and a thousand leaves! This supreme substance that fulfills desires by drinking it! By tasting this, may I obtain the empowerment of Ayuh (long life)! Guru Ayushe Abhisheñca Ah! Tasting the longevity pill! Hrih! The substance of immortal means, endowed with the essence of Vajra! Inexhaustible sensual pleasures, radiating five kinds of light! Touching and tasting, this supreme substance that accomplishes the Vajra body! By tasting this, may I obtain the empowerment of immortal life! Guru Ayushe Abhisheñca Hum! Touching the arrow banner to the body! Hrih! Endowed with the five wisdoms, the life force of immortality! May this, blessed and empowered by the Sugata Buddhas, pacify all disharmony upon touching! May I obtain all supreme and common accomplishments! Thus, take it! Samaya! For those who wish to arrange the longevity mandala: On coarse red silk or Tibetan paper, with five precious substances and cinnabar, draw the body of the longevity deity, encircling the abdomen with three layers of circles. Within that, draw eight lotus petals, with one circle in the center. In the center, write this secret mantra: Om Ah Hum Vajra Jñana Ayushe Hum Bhrum Nri Jah Sarva Siddhi Phala Hum Ah, and finally add the name and Shambu. On the circles, write the root mantra, as much as possible in a clockwise direction. On the eight petals, write Ayushe with Shambu. In the first circle, pray for what you desire. In the second, write vowels, consonants, and the heart of dependent origination. In the third, encircle with a Vajra garland. Anoint with the essence of the five aggregates. At the auspicious waxing moon, instill wisdom and consecrate. Whoever wears it around their neck, their life will increase, all diseases and evil spirits will be pacified, and they will obtain both supreme and common accomplishments. Samaya! For the sake of increasing life and wealth, if you wish to practice the instructions for extracting essence: Take pure lime that is not mixed with dust, place it in a tamed vessel, mix it with rock essence, sheep horn, Awa, and the five essences, mix with honey, and roll into pills the size of twenty millet seeds. Place them in a qualified skullcup, pour in red silk, bless it as wisdom nectar, place it on a milk horse visualized as the deity, and if you continuously rely on it, you will have a long life, a strong body, and all wishes will be fulfilled. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

OM! Assembly of all oath-bound protectors, grant accomplishment! Here is the profound essence extraction instruction. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Rigdzin Gyurme Dorje unearthed it from Drakmar Yamalung. Profound instruction on the 'Za' syllable: Homage to the immortal lord of power! It eliminates all obstacles and adverse conditions, and especially if one desires longevity, one should rely on this 'Za' syllable. Write this syllable on the bark of the daphne tree or Chinese paper, and anoint it well with the five precious substances, fine fragrances, and five medicines. Consecrate it on an auspicious star day. If you rely on it constantly, your life will increase, and all adverse conditions will be eliminated. This is the profound instruction of the syllable. Ati! As the master said, the translator I have written it down and concealed it as a treasure for the benefit of the future, may it meet with the fortunate and karmically connected! Samaya! Seal! Seal!
