大宝伏藏TD724《甚深法 Rigdzin Thugthig》中，关于长寿成就法“精华总集”的历史。敏林长寿成就法。伏藏法本。 ༄༅། །甚深法 Rigdzin Thugthig 中，关于长寿成就法“精华总集”的历史。敏林长寿成就法。伏藏法本。 ༁ྃ༁ྃ༔ 甚深法 Rigdzin Thugthig 中，关于长寿成就法“精华总集”的历史。 向不死自在之神顶礼！我等莲花生金刚颅鬘力（Mtsho skyes rdo rje thod phreng rtsal）（莲花生上师的众多名号之一），从无量光佛（Sangs rgyas snang ba mtha' yas）（阿弥陀佛）心中显现，于乳海中化生为自生应化身，成为乌仗延国王之子并治理国政，在马拉提卡（Māratika）获得不死持明，于八大尸陀林中示现苦行，在金刚座（Rdo rje gdan）（菩提伽耶）弘扬佛法，以愿力来到藏地中部，圆满完成了国王的意愿，奠定了寺庙的基石并举行了开光仪式，将印度的佛法翻译成藏文，在藏地这片黑暗之地， 点燃了佛法之灯。当时，国王赤松德赞（Khri srong lde'u btsan）为了能在藏地住满三千年，在布姆唐（Pur rgyal）藏地的红岩（Brag dmar）雅玛（G.ya' ma）的自生秘密洞穴中修持长寿法，长寿神显现，坛城光彩夺目，长寿之水沸腾，山谷中弥漫着药香。当时，从吉祥不变的三昧耶（Bsam yas）出发，国王前往接受灌顶，但由于玛尔坚（Dmar rgyan）、龙贡（Klu gong）、龙巴（Klu dpal）的阻挠，障碍重重，缘起未能实现。之后，按照贝若扎纳（Bai ro）和措嘉（Mtsho rgyal）的祈请，不死长寿的 甚深成就法，以及长寿之水和甘露丸，都如预言般被埋藏在藏地各处，并立下愿未来有缘者能从中获益。特别是，将不死精华总集的成就法，完整地赐予了大译师。当时，译师贝若扎纳问上师：‘现在应该弘扬这些法吗？还是为了未来的利益而埋藏起来？’上师回答说：‘未来五浊恶世之时，我所讲的广大佛法将会衰退，因此，将这些言简意赅的教言，埋藏在形如卧虎的岩石中。’我和大译师的强烈愿力，必将使未来众生获得巨大的利益。萨玛雅！རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ，ghya ghya ghya，封印！封印！封印！）”按照上师的指示记录下来，为了未来的利益而埋藏起来，愿与有缘有缘之人相遇。萨玛雅！རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ，ghya ghya ghya，封印！封印！封印！）达提（Dha thim）。持明 འགྱུར་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེས་（'gyur med rdo rje）（不变金刚）在红岩 雅玛卡（G.ya' ma kha）取出。

Treasure Text. ༁ྃ༁ྃ༔ From the Profound Dharma, Rigdzin Thugthig: The History of the Life Accomplishment, Essence of All Gathered. Homage to the Deathless Lord of Power! I, like the Lotus-Born Vajra Garland of Skulls (Mtsho skyes rdo rje thod phreng rtsal), emanated from the heart of Buddha Amitabha (Sangs rgyas snang ba mtha' yas), born as a self-arisen emanation in the Ocean of Milk, became the son of the King of Oddiyana and ruled the kingdom, attained the deathless vidyadhara at Maratika, demonstrated ascetic conduct in the eight charnel grounds, cultivated the field of the teachings at Vajrasana (Rdo rje gdan) (Bodh Gaya), came to central Tibet through the power of aspiration, completely fulfilled the wishes of the sovereign king, laid the foundation for the temple and consecrated it, translated Indian Dharma into Tibetan, and in the dark land of Tibet, lit the lamp of the Buddha's teachings. At that time, King Trisong Detsen (Khri srong lde'u btsan) himself, in order to reside in Tibet for three thousand years, practiced deathlessness in the self-arisen secret cave of Red Rock (Brag dmar) Yamatika (G.ya' ma) in Purgyal (Puurgyal) Tibet, the life deity appeared, the mandala was radiant, the water of life boiled, and the valley was filled with the scent of medicine. At that time, from the glorious unchanging Samye (Bsam yas), the king set out to receive empowerment at this place, but due to the obstruction of Marjan (Dmar rgyan), Lugong (Klu gong), and Lupa (Klu dpal), obstacles arose and the auspicious connection was not established. Then, according to the supplication of Vairochana (Bai ro) and Tsoyal (Mtsho rgyal), the profound means of accomplishing deathless life, as well as the stream of life-water and rolled pills, were buried as treasures throughout Tibet as prophesied, and prayers were made that fortunate ones in the future would benefit from them. In particular, the unified means of accomplishing the deathless essence was completely given to the great translator. At that time, the translator Vairochana asked the master: 'Should these teachings be propagated now, or should they be buried as treasures for the benefit of the future?' The master replied: 'In the degenerate age of the future, the vast Dharma that I have spoken will decline, therefore, bury these concise pith instructions in a rock resembling a reclining tiger.' Through the strong aspiration of myself and the great translator, great benefit for beings in the future will arise. Samaya! རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ! (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning: རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ, ghya ghya ghya, seal! seal! seal!)” Having written it down according to the master's instructions, it was buried as a treasure for the sake of the future, may it meet with fortunate and karmically connected ones.
