不要造成伤害，要有和平的菩提心。 吽 (Hūṃ)：以三摩地加持，以咒语和手印完全解脱，以专注来供养，再供养。我的供养没有错误，你们的接受也不要错乱。 没有比黄金更珍贵的，没有比酒更重要的。将赡部洲的珍宝赎物供养为庄严。 从有顶天之下，到那落迦地狱之上，供养这珍宝赎物食子。 仅以回向就能满足，愿如所愿成就，愿各自的誓言得以圆满。 你们是地方的神灵鬼怪，我是地方的咒师。互相赞颂，比哈俄的雪山还要白；互相诋毁，比罗波的红土还要黑。愿比哈俄的雪山还要白，不要比罗波的红土还要黑。 各自返回自己的住所。 念诵这些，如果病人等重要，在念诵上面关于血肉赎物等时，对所要成办之事顺时针绕三圈，逆时针绕三圈。在送走时，将朵玛送到朵玛前。无论是朵玛还是替身，在抛弃时，用赎物引导，送到抛弃的方向。单独赎物回向，对于病人等，则抛向断除年魔或五鬼魔的方向。 此法即使作为科尔顿（khol 'don）来做也可以，对此需要依赖于生起次第的简繁仪轨。这也是咒师持明者的身影，莲花自在（Padma Garwang）为了使伏藏原文上下清晰而作的，愿吉祥增上！

Do not cause harm, be endowed with peaceful Bodhicitta. Hūṃ: Bless with Samadhi, completely liberate with mantras and mudras, offer with focus, and offer again. My offering is without error, may your acceptance not be confused. There is nothing more precious than gold, nothing more important than alcohol. Offer the precious ransom of Jambudvipa as adornment. From the summit of existence downwards, to the hell of Naraka upwards, offer this precious ransom Torma. May you be satisfied with mere dedication, may it be accomplished as desired, may each of your vows be fulfilled. You are the local gods and spirits, I am the local mantra practitioner. Praising each other, whiter than the snow mountain of Ha-o; slandering each other, blacker than the red soil of Rogpo. May you be whiter than the snow mountain of Ha-o, do not be blacker than the red soil of Rogpo. Each of you return to your own abode. Recite these, and if the patient etc. is important, when reciting the above about flesh ransom etc., circumambulate the object to be accomplished three times clockwise and three times counterclockwise. When sending away, send the Döma to the front of the Döma. Whether it is Döma or substitute, when discarding, lead with the ransom and send it to the direction of discarding. Dedicate the ransom alone, and for patients etc., throw it in the direction of cutting off the year demon or the five ghosts and demons. This method can also be done as a Khol 'don, for which one needs to rely on either an elaborate or concise generation stage practice.
