降伏障碍与邪恶！伴随着能量显现的“吽”声，以及舞蹈的旋律。 灌顶和日常修持共有二十一种。 此外，心中所想的任何事物，都以字母“吽”来增益。 念诵“吽”的声音，并专注于慈爱和悲悯的力量。 任何想要的果实都能立即实现。 因此，无量地散布“吽”字。 东、南、西、北和中央，所有方向都充满“吽”的声音。 “吽、吽、吽”如雷鸣般响起！ 将自心与“吽”无二无别地融合。 在生起次第和圆满次第无二的广阔虚空中，未加修饰的自然字母“吽”。 仅仅是这个，就是最好的修持。 上师的秘密修持，极密之“吽”。 一个字母，是阿底瑜伽的特殊之处。 对此的专注，以及拙火瑜伽的舞蹈、旋律和手印的法门。 在修持时，空行母会真实显现。 未来有缘的弟子们，向上师祈祷，并结合念诵三遍或七遍“吽”的声音。 同样，向本尊、空行母和护法祈祷，并结合念诵三遍或七遍“吽”的声音。 降临加持，美好的祈愿，以及吉祥如意的祈祷，都结合念诵三遍或七遍“吽”的声音。 广大而众多的教言，都汇集在上师的口诀中。 即使有无量的甚深伏藏，这一个秘密中的极密字母，也是像我莲花生这样的修行者的命根。 我，邬金莲花生所有的功德，都是依靠这一个字母而生起。 后世追随的有缘者们，努力修持这一个字母。 它不会欺骗你，你所想的都会实现。 这众多中的唯一精髓，愿它成为未来具缘者的荣耀！ 萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 康塔古雅！ 这是像我莲花生大乐洲从哲普扎日雄喀迎请而出的。

Subdue obstacles and evils! Accompanied by the manifestation of energy, the sound of 'Hūṃ', and the melody of dance. There are twenty-one empowerments and daily practices. Furthermore, whatever one desires in the mind is augmented by the letter 'Hūṃ'. Recite the sound of 'Hūṃ' and focus on the power of loving-kindness and compassion. Any desired fruit will be immediately realized. Therefore, spread the letter 'Hūṃ' immeasurably. East, South, West, North, and Center, all directions are filled with the sound of 'Hūṃ'. 'Hūṃ, Hūṃ, Hūṃ' resounds like thunder! Merge your own mind with 'Hūṃ' without separation. In the vast expanse of non-duality of the generation stage and completion stage, the naturally unadorned letter 'Hūṃ'. This alone is the best practice. The secret practice of the Lama, the most secret 'Hūṃ'. One letter is the special characteristic of Atiyoga. The focus on this, and the Dharma cycles of Tummo yoga's dance, melody, and mudras. During practice, the Dakinis will actually appear. Future fortunate disciples, pray to the Lamas, and combine the recitation of the sound of 'Hūṃ' three or seven times. Likewise, pray to the Yidam, Dakinis, and Dharma Protectors, and combine the recitation of the sound of 'Hūṃ' three or seven times. Bestowing blessings, good aspirations, and auspicious prayers, all combine the recitation of the sound of 'Hūṃ' three or seven times. The vast and numerous teachings are all gathered in the Guru's instructions. Even though there are immeasurable profound treasures, this one most secret letter is the life force practice of practitioners like me, Padmasambhava. All the qualities of me, Orgyen Padmasambhava, have arisen through reliance on this one letter. Future fortunate followers, diligently practice this one letter. It will not deceive you; whatever you wish will be accomplished. This one essence among many, may it become the glory of future fortunate ones! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Khamta Guhya!
