As it is said, this has three meanings: contemplation of recitation, exhortation of recitation, and accomplishment of recitation. First, the contemplation of recitation: Visualize oneself as the Fierce Vajra, in the heart, in the center of the golden stupa (Sergyi Chorten) Puri's vase-like form, is Vajrapani (Chakna Dorje); In his heart, above the Ma syllable, in the center of the sun disc, the essence of one's own awareness is Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，seed syllable, meaning to subdue), dark blue, like written in ink, around it, like a garland of bones, the secret mantra revolves clockwise. Assembly of Fierce Vajra deities, I am a fortunate practitioner, Practicing to achieve the inseparability of the three bodies, Now is the time to bestow siddhis, I beseech your heart, like the center of the sun disc, The heart essence Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，seed syllable, meaning to subdue) syllable surrounded by the heart mantra, Radiating light, merging into the Buddhas, Offering the outer, inner, and secret three offerings, Exhorting from the key points of your vows, Please bestow the siddhis of body, speech, and mind! Third, the accomplishment of recitation: oṃ vajra guru deva ḍākinī! oṃ āḥ hūṃ arcik nircik namo bhagavate hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ! a hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ! vajra hūṃ! yakṣa hūṃ! rakṣa hūṃ! ayama duruca śana, Harmer, spirit, Māraya phaṭ!
