无偏圆满且不变异， 从恒常稳固、无有毁坏的果位中，永不退转地加持生起胜解。将朵玛置于头顶，吽！显空无碍是觉性之门，自明莲花颅鬘力，赐予身像物质之灌顶。吽吽吽！将以金刚吽字标记者置于喉间，观想内外一切音声皆为声空不灭之吽的自性所加持。将金刚置于喉间，吽！声空无生是金刚语，心髓吽字显真谛，无碍自咒声空力，赐予具缘之子此灌顶。吽吽吽！若知晓三重吽，则可唱诵，若不知晓，则可缓慢复诵。将金刚橛抵于心间，获得解脱五毒分别念为智慧自性的灌顶，从本初清净、自显无别的状态中，四种事业任运成就，祈愿加持。将金刚橛置于心间，吽！诸佛事业之总集，殊胜心髓之金刚橛，赐予解脱五毒之灌顶，愿诸事业圆满成就。吽吽吽！若要广说，则如共同随许之仪轨般，手持朵玛。观想朵玛器皿中，火焰、彩虹、光点交织，朵玛化为忿怒之王莲花颅鬘力，是三宝总集之化现，从其身中放射出印玺、咒鬘、法器之光芒，融入三处，消除三门之疾病、邪魔、罪障、障碍，祈愿加持与金刚三者无别。法身无量光，报身大悲尊，化身莲花生，空行益西措嘉（智慧海），王子萨丹雷（善护王），掘藏师南觉麦巴（天铁燃），国王益西措嘉（持明法王），嘉威亚吉秋吉彭措（法王），嘉扬秋吉扎巴（法称），杰尊衮秋仁钦（宝生），衮秋听列南嘉巴桑布（功德事业胜幢吉祥贤）等传承上师，以及本尊名号七句合一金刚橛，眷属勇士空行母百千俱胝，祈愿加持此等金刚弟子。愿诸天龙八部、邪魔、厉鬼之侵害不得侵入， 守护远离疾病、邪魔、非时死亡等一切怖畏，增长寿命、福德、觉受、证悟之圆满。

Perfectly complete and immutable without bias, From the state of permanence, stability, and indestructibility, may the faith that blesses without ever diminishing be generated. Place the torma on the crown of the head. Hūṃ! The unobstructed appearance of emptiness is the gate of awareness; Self-aware Padmā Thötreng Tsal (lotus garland power), bestow the empowerment of the physical form of substance. Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ! Place the vajra marked with the syllable Hūṃ at the throat, and visualize that all sounds, internal and external, are blessed into the nature of the indestructible Hūṃ, which is the emptiness of sound. Place the vajra at the throat. Hūṃ! The emptiness of sound, unborn, is the vajra speech; Revealing the meaning of the essence, the Hūṃ; The unobstructed, self-arising mantra, the power of the emptiness of sound; Bestow this empowerment upon the fortunate child. Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ! If you know the triple Hūṃ, chant it; if you do not know it, repeat it slowly. By touching the phurba to the heart, the empowerment to liberate the five poisons into the nature of wisdom is obtained, and from the state of original purity, self-appearing without bias, the four activities are spontaneously accomplished. May you be blessed. Place the phurba at the heart. Hūṃ! The embodiment of all the activities of the Buddhas; The supreme mind, the Kīlaya; By bestowing the empowerment to liberate the five poisons; May all activities be perfectly accomplished. Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ! If you wish to elaborate, then as with the general practice of permission, Hold the torma. Visualize that in the space of the torma vessel, filled with fire, rainbows, and bindus, the torma transforms into the wrathful king Padmā Thötreng Tsal (lotus garland power), the embodiment of all the Three Jewels and Three Roots, and from his body radiate the mudras, mantra garlands, and assemblies of implements, which dissolve into the three places, purifying all diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and obstacles of the three doors. May you be blessed as inseparable from the three vajras. Dharmakāya Amitābha (boundless light), Sambhogakāya Avalokiteśvara (great compassion), Nirmāṇakāya Padmasambhava (lotus born), Khandro Yeshe Tsogyal (wisdom lake queen), Lhasé Sadnalek (prince sadnalek), Tertön Namchak Mébar (sky iron fire burning), Gyalwai Yabchik Chögyal Phuntsok (king), Gyalwang Chökyi Drakpa (dharma fame), Jetsun Könchok Rinchen (precious), Könchok Trinlé Namgyal Palsangpo (virtuous) and all the lineage lamas of the transmitted precepts and vidyādharas, and the yidam Seven Combined Names Dorje Drolo (wrathful guru), together with the retinue of hundreds of thousands of heroes and dakinis, may they bless these vajra disciples. May you be protected from being harmed by the eight classes of gods and demons, maras, and oath-breakers. May you be protected from all fears of disease, evil spirits, and untimely death. 祈愿赐予一切成就！赐予无死之寿命与殊胜共同之悉地！祈愿于一切生世之中垂念摄受！吽！吽！吽！吽！吽！吽！吽！如此敕令。 三者，后行之事，散花并致吉祥之辞： 顶礼！ 加持自虚空而至，慈悲之云层层叠叠，周遍十方无余，无有边际，圆满安乐雨露之源，祈愿持明传承上师吉祥！ 五智圆满，于五光之宫殿中，以三身不变任运成就之庄严，诸佛坛城无量光芒四射，祈愿本尊寂怒尊众吉祥！ 于处所空行刹土化身之净土中，以适合所化众生之方便调伏之，化现为勇士空行护法之身，祈愿护法誓盟海众吉祥！ 如是念诵并奏响法乐。因此，从甚深密意之妙法中产生的，诸佛总集秘密命修古汝多杰卓洛的加持得以圆满获得，故应当时常观想自身为多杰卓洛之身。语之气息运行皆与念诵（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）不离。心安住于觉性空性大圆满之境界中。常念不违背初十供养等根本与支分的誓言，随念诵此：‘如主尊一般’等。供养曼扎等如通常仪轨。无需特别之后行仪轨。愿此无与伦比之善行，以忿怒尊之光芒，斩断邪引、邪魔之黑暗，令一切众生智慧之光明得以显现，迅速获得颅鬘力之果位！如此回向发愿，即可成就。此乃传承自喇嘛洛仁波切，由智者成就者噶玛恰美所著之修行心要，汇集而成。轮回涅槃二取诸法，皆化为无坏（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）之体性。愿任运之忿怒尊大成就，与无别之大印成就！ 为便于携带，由企美丹尼雍仲林巴于宗萨扎西拉孜之法学院中书写，愿增吉祥！

May you bestow all accomplishments! Grant the deathless life and supreme common siddhis! May you hold us in your care in all lifetimes and rebirths! Hūṃ! Hūṃ! Hūṃ! Hūṃ! Hūṃ! Hūṃ! Hūṃ! Thus, command. Third, the subsequent activities, scattering flowers and uttering auspicious words: Homage! Blessings from the sky, clouds of compassion gathering, pervading all directions without exception, boundless, fulfilling the source of happiness and well-being, may the lineage of Vidyādharas be auspicious! Perfect with the five wisdoms, in the palace of five lights, adorned with the unchanging spontaneous accomplishment of the three bodies, the mandala of the Victorious Ones radiating infinite light, may the peaceful and wrathful deities be auspicious! In the abode of the Ḍākinīs, in the pure lands of manifestation, subduing beings with skillful means according to their needs, manifesting as heroes, Ḍākinīs, and protectors, may the ocean of oath-bound guardians be auspicious! Recite thus and play the Dharma music. Therefore, from the profound Dharma of deep meaning, the blessings of the secret life practice of Guru Dorje Drolo, the embodiment of all Buddhas, are perfectly obtained, so one should always visualize oneself as the form of Dorje Drolo. May the movement of speech and breath never be separated from the recitation of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). The mind rests in the state of awareness, emptiness, and Great Perfection. Always remember not to violate the tenth-day offerings and other root and branch vows, and recite this: 'As the main deity' etc. Offer the mandala etc. as in the usual ritual. No special subsequent ritual is needed. May this incomparable virtue, with the light rays of the wrathful deity, cut through the darkness of misleading and obstructing enemies, may the light of wisdom be revealed to all beings, and may the state of Skull Garland Power be quickly attained! Thus, dedicate and pray, and it will be accomplished. This is a compilation of the essential practices transmitted from Lama Lho Rinpoche, written by the wise and accomplished Karma Chakme.
