虽然此法广为人知，但为了便于携带，奇美丹尼雍仲林巴（འཆི་མེད་བསྟན་གཉིས་གཡུང་དྲུང་གླིང་པ།）结合了秉持此法的几位前辈圣者的口述传承，于宗萨扎西拉孜（རྫོང་གསར་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལྷ་རྩེ།）佛学院传授，吉祥圆满！

Although this Dharma is widely known, Chimé Tendzin Yungdrung Lingpa (འཆི་མེད་བསྟན་གཉིས་གཡུང་དྲུང་གླིང་པ།), in order to make it easy to carry, combined the oral transmissions of several previous holy ones who held this Dharma, and taught it at Dzongsar Trashi Lhatse (རྫོང་གསར་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལྷ་རྩེ།) Monastery, may it be auspicious and prosperous! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
