Visualization: In the place where you are, on the lotus, sun, and moon seat, resides the self-born wisdom, the uncreated essence, the accomplished, free from death, Thangtong Gyalpo (Tibetan: ཐང་སྟོང་རྒྱལ་པོ།, meaning: Thangtong Gyalpo), appearing as a youthful figure, with white and red radiance, possessing all the major and minor marks, hair tied in a topknot. The right hand holds a vajra (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ།), and the left hand holds a skull cup (Sanskrit: Bhanda, Tibetan: བྷནྡྷ་) filled with nectar, wearing white linen clothes.
