请信受奉行！手持大朵玛，吽！祈愿誓言物大朵玛等转变为吉祥！在此，按照口耳相传的教言传承中所说，如果广修，则祈请：法身无量光佛（Amitābha），报身大悲观世音（Mahākaruṇika），化身莲花生大士（Padmasambhava），空行降伏魔女（Khaḍga Dūla Gyalmo），大成就者噶玛巴希（Karma Pakshi），惹琼多杰扎巴（Rechen Dorje Drakpa），大自在莲花颅鬘（Padma Thötreng Tāmaghrin），至尊金刚亥母（Vajravārāhī），持明不变金刚（Rigdzin Mingyur Dorje），威猛力士，以及受命的法主等根本和传承的上师圣众。以及吉祥玛哈嘎拉金刚黑袍（Mahākāla Vajra Bernakcan），吉祥天母（Lhamo Rangjung Gyalmo），誓言金刚善（Damchen Dorje Lekpa）等诸佛如海，成就者如海，勇士如海，勇母如海，誓言者如海的坛城，其广阔如虚空般，祈请加持此金刚弟子，以身语意功德事业无尽庄严之轮！祈请息灭由宿业和现时因缘所生的疾病、邪魔、障碍和一切不顺！祈请从根斩断罪业、习气和非法的分别念！ 祈请增长寿命、福德、财富、证悟和智慧，并迅速获得一切共同和殊胜的成就！念诵仪轨中明确的咒语。将朵玛放置在弟子的三处（头、喉、心）。朵玛的本尊化为光融入你们，使你们的身语意与五部如海本尊的秘密三处无别，从而生起究竟的灌顶智慧。为了象征十二缘起逆流还灭清净，以各种金刚封印，使其永不衰退而稳固。请信受奉行！将十字金刚杵置于顶轮，吽！念诵‘具缘者’等，并散花祈愿吉祥。通过这些，持明不变金刚的净相，噶玛巴希亲见本尊的灌顶圆满完成，以此等方式连接，并承诺誓言。献曼扎，献身，以及回向。因为没有后续的供赞等仪轨，所以按照事业仪轨，将前方的本尊收摄于自身，将自身收摄于光明，并从光明中显现清净的三轮（身、语、意），然后回向发愿，即可成就。与此结缘的吉祥大德法王，以其慈悲，使迷乱显现瞬间清醒，愿能证悟五部如海本尊之身与智慧。

Please accept with faith! Holding the great Torma, Hūṃ! May the vow substance, great Torma, etc., transform into auspiciousness! Here, according to what comes from the oral transmission of instructions, if you elaborate, then pray: Dharmakāya Amitābha (Amitābha), Sambhogakāya Mahākaruṇika (Mahākaruṇika), Nirmāṇakāya Padmasambhava (Padmasambhava), Dakini Taming Demons (Khaḍga Dūla Gyalmo), Great Accomplisher Karma Pakshi (Karma Pakshi), Rechen Dorje Drakpa (Rechen Dorje Drakpa), Powerful Lotus Garland (Padma Thötreng Tāmaghrin), Supreme Vajravārāhī (Vajravārāhī), Vidyādhara Mingyur Dorje (Rigdzin Mingyur Dorje), Wrathful Powerful One, and the Dharma Lord who received the command, etc., along with the root and lineage of the glorious and holy Lamas. And the glorious Mahākāla Vajra Black Cloak (Mahākāla Vajra Bernakcan), Lhamo Rangjung Gyalmo (Lhamo Rangjung Gyalmo), Damchen Dorje Lekpa (Damchen Dorje Lekpa), etc., the ocean of Buddhas, the ocean of Siddhas, the ocean of Heroes, the ocean of Heroines, the mandala of the ocean of Vow Holders, as vast as the sky, please bless this Vajra disciple with the inexhaustible wheel of adornment of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities! Please pacify all unfavorable conditions such as diseases, evil spirits, obstacles arising from past karma and immediate circumstances! Please cut off from the root all sins, obscurations, habitual tendencies, and non-dharmic thoughts! Please increase life, merit, wealth, realization, and wisdom, and quickly attain all common and supreme accomplishments! Recite the mantras clearly stated in the text. Place the Torma on the three places (head, throat, heart) of the disciple. The deities of the Torma dissolve into light and merge into you, making your body, speech, and mind inseparable from the secret three places of the deities of the five oceans, thus generating the ultimate wisdom of empowerment. To symbolize the purification of the twelve links of dependent origination in reverse order, seal it with various Vajras, making it stable and never decaying. Please accept with faith! Place the crossed Vajra on the crown of the head, Hūṃ! Recite 'Fortunate One' etc., and scatter flowers, praying for auspiciousness. Through these, the pure vision of Vidyādhara Mingyur Dorje, the empowerment of Karma Pakshi's vision of the deity is perfectly completed, connecting in this way, and promising vows. Offer Mandala, offer the body, and dedicate the merit. Because there are no subsequent offering praises etc., according to the activity ritual, gather the front generation into oneself, gather oneself into clear light, and from that, arise as the three pure wheels (body, speech, and mind), then dedicate and pray, and it will be accomplished. The glorious great Dharma Lord connected with this, with his compassion, awakens the confused appearance in an instant, may he realize the body and wisdom of the deities of the five oceans. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

愿我证悟二利任运成就！此亦成为无价珍宝之宝藏，充满一切功德之缘起。由无死教法二者之玉龙洲（གཡུ་དྲུང་གླིང་པ，Yudrung Lingpa）于宗 ഷോ（རྫོང་ཤོད།） 殊胜逝者云集之大殿所作，愿吉祥增上！ 愿我证悟自利利他，功德圆满！祈愿此举，亦能成为无价之宝藏，成就一切功德之助缘。由持无死教法与证悟二者之གཡུ་དྲུང་གླིང་པ（Yudrung Lingpa）于རྫོང་ཤོད（Dzongshod）吉祥逝者汇聚之大殿所著，愿善妙增长！

May I accomplish the spontaneous fulfillment of both aims! May this also become a condition for the great treasury of priceless jewels, filled with all virtues. Composed by Yudrung Lingpa (གཡུ་དྲུང་གླིང་པ) of the two immortal teachings in the great palace of Dzongshod (རྫོང་ཤོད།), the gathering of the Sugatas. May virtue and excellence increase! May I realize the benefit of myself and others, and may merits be perfected! May this also become a priceless treasure, a contributing factor to the accomplishment of all virtues. Written by Yudrung Lingpa (གཡུ་དྲུང་གླིང་པ) , holder of the immortal teachings and realization, in the great palace of Dzongshod (རྫོང་ཤོད།), where auspicious departed ones gather.
