་བདག་གི་བླ་མ་མཛོད། །མཆོག་དང་ཐུན་མོང་དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ལུས་སྩོལ། །ཀུན་བཟང་པད་འབྱུང་ཡབ་ཡུམ་ཅི་འདྲ་བ། །དེ་འདྲ་ཁོ་ནར་བདག་ 11-7-6a ཀྱང་མྱུར་འགྲུབ་སྟེ། །རྣམ་ཐར་རྒྱལ་བ་ཀུན་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་པས། །མཁའ་མཉམ་འགྲོ་ཀུན་སངས་རྒྱས་སར་འགོད་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་འདིའང་རྗེ་བླ་མ་པདྨ་འོད་གསལ་མདོ་སྔགས་གླིང་པའི་ཞལ་སྔ་ནས་གནད་གལ་ཆེ་བའི་བཀའ་བསྩལ་ཕེབས་པ་དང་། རྣལ་འབྱོར་དབང་མོ་རྡོ་ཤུལ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཆེན་མོས་རྟེན་དང་བཅས་ནན་ཏན་བསྐུལ་མ་མཛད་པ་ལ་བརྟེན། གུ་རུ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་ལ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་དད་པའི་ཀུ་སཱ་ལི་པདྨ་གར་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་ཀྱིས་ཤྲཱི་དེ་ཝཱི་ཀོ་ཊའི་སྒྲུབ་གནས་ཀུན་བཟང་བདེ་ཆེན་འོད་གསལ་གླིང་དུ་ཆུ་སྦྲུལ་གནམ་ལོ་གསར་ཚེས་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་ཟླ་བའི་དཀར་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་ཚེས་བཅུར་གཏེར་ཆེན་བསམ་གཏན་གླིང་པའི་གཏེར་བྱོན་རྣམ་ཐར་འབྲིང་པོའི་དོན་བསྡུས་སུ་བྲིས་ཏེ་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ། སརྦ་དཱ་མངྒ་ལཾ།།

祈请您成为我的上师！ 赐予我所有殊胜和共同的成就！ 如同普贤（Kunzang）莲花生（Padma Jungney）父母一般， 愿我也能迅速成就！ 您的解脱与所有胜者无别， 愿我能将如虚空般无边的众生安置于佛的境界！ 这段祈愿文是至尊上师莲花光明密咒洲（Padma Osal Do-ngak Lingpa）口中说出的重要教言，也是瑜伽自在女（Naljor Wangmo）石窟空行母（Do Shul Khandro Chenmo）以供养作为缘起，恳切劝请的结果。因此，我对莲师父母具有坚定不移的信心，由库萨里（Kusali）莲花舞自在智慧无边（Padma Garwang Lodro Thaye）于吉祥天女城（Shri Devi Kota）的修行处普贤大乐光明洲（Kunzang Dechen Osal Ling），在水蛇年新年初一神变月（Chotrul Dawa）的初十，将大伏藏师三丹林巴（Samten Lingpa）的伏藏品《中等解脱传记》的要义汇集写成，并献上祈祷。愿一切善妙增长！ 萨瓦达芒嘎拉姆！（梵文，Sarva Da Mangalam，愿一切吉祥！）

Please be my Lama! Grant me all supreme and common siddhis! Just like Samantabhadra (Kunzang) and Padmasambhava (Padma Jungney) father and mother, May I also quickly attain such a state! Your liberation is inseparable from all the victorious ones, May I establish all beings, as infinite as space, in the state of Buddhahood! This prayer was spoken as an important instruction from the venerable Lama Padma Osal Do-ngak Lingpa, and it was also the result of the earnest request, with offerings as the cause, from the Yogini Do Shul Khandro Chenmo. Therefore, with unwavering faith in Guru and his consort, Kusali Padma Garwang Lodro Thaye, at the practice place of Shri Devi Kota, Kunzang Dechen Osal Ling, on the tenth day of the waxing moon of the miraculous month (Chotrul Dawa) of the Water Snake year, compiled the essence of the medium-length liberation biography, a terma of the great Terton Samten Lingpa, and offered this prayer.
