Gathering the essence of life that transcends death, dissolving into the indestructible bindu; Bound by an unbroken lineage of non-separation, may we attain the vajra life of immutability and indestructibility! Om Ah Hum Vajra Ayushe Bhrum Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra āyuṣe bhrūṃ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum, Vajra, Life, Bhrum, Svaha) In celebration, offer the Eight Auspicious Symbols and the Seven Royal Emblems. As before, offer extensive auspicious prayers. This concludes the gathering of the minds of the Three Roots (Guru, Deva, Dakini), from the Longchen Nyingtik treasure trove, the empowerment of the immortal life, a component of the Vidyadhara accomplishment, is well completed. Afterward, make connections, pledge the samaya, and offer the mandala as usual. If a tsok offering is performed, then from then on, perform all activities in order according to the practice; if a tsok offering is not performed, then it is sufficient to go from offering the mandala and praises to offering auspicious prayers. If you want to accumulate the number of life empowerments, then after completing one full round of the pill empowerment, offer auspicious prayers. Offer the mandala again, make supplications, and recite the common confession. Then, in order to summon life and gather essence, give the empowerment from summoning life to the pill empowerment. When summoning life, recite: Hum Hri! The lineage Three Roots Guru, etc. If you want to simplify the intermediate connection, then place the life-giving spike of longevity on the crown chakra, and through tasting the nectar of life and the pills, purify all the sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind, and all obstacles to life, and visualize attaining the life of the vajra of body, speech, and mind, and all wisdom accomplishments. Recite: Om! The life-giving spike of longevity, etc., three shlokas, and recite the mantra. At the end of each empowerment, offer auspicious prayers. If you want to simplify, then omit offering the mandala, etc., and only count the three fundamental ones, such as the life-giving spike of longevity. Finally, after the number is completed, perform the sealing and so on as before. May the excellent tree of leisure and endowment be fully nourished with the essence of nectar, bearing abundant fruits that fulfill both purposes, benefiting all beings!
