With pride transformed into the form of a lotus garland, recite with single-pointed mind. Visualize the light from your own heart stimulating the four classes of lotus garlands, and accomplishing whatever activities are desired through the gathering and dispersing of body and rays. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). At the end of the session, gather in: The Lama Vajrasattva himself dissolves into you with great joy. You yourself also dissolve into the uncorrected ground of being, the mind free from grasping. The pure, free from elaboration Dharmakaya. In this way, all the wheels of the mandala gather into the Lama at the crown of the head, and that dissolves into oneself, cultivating the realization of non-duality, free from elaboration, beyond mind. Dedication and Aspiration: Emaho! For the sake of all beings, from countless kalpas until now, through my body, speech, and mind, to the Lama, the Holy Ones, the Yidam deities, the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and assemblies of Dakinis, I have contemplated, practiced, offered, and praised, written, read, held, and fully understood, and practiced virtue such as contemplation. May the fruit ripen in this moment, and may I attain the supreme omniscient wisdom! Furthermore, may the intentions of all Lamas of the ten directions and three times be perfectly fulfilled, and may all sentient beings of the six realms, led by the parents of the three times, be taken care of by the supreme Lama, and may they realize the true Vajra meaning! May the Lama who is not confused about the meaning of knowledge be auspicious! May the supreme Accomplisher who fulfills whatever is thought of be auspicious! May the auspiciousness of the body, speech, and mind bring the auspiciousness of the Mahamudra! Conclude with auspicious words and engage in conduct. This was written for the convenience of oneself and others to carry out daily yoga, distilled as the heart essence of recitation from the root text of the treasure (Terma) brought forth by Guru Chokyi Wangchuk, the king of all Tertons, from Lhodrak Namkha Chen. May the virtue of this, composed by the Vidyadhara monk Manjushrikirti, become the cause for all beings to attain the state of Orgyen Vajradhara in this very life! If you are doing a special longevity practice through this, then take the practice of the longevity practice among the six hanging practices. At the end of the recitation of the activity practice, visualize in the sky in front of you, on a lotus and moon seat, the essence of the Lama, the Protector Amitayus, Orgyen Padmasambhava, with a white and reddish complexion, one face and two arms in the mudra of meditative equipoise. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Visualize oneself transforming into a deity holding a vase filled with the nectar of immortality, adorned with silk and jewels, seated in the vajra posture. Recite: 'Om Guru Aparimita Arya Jnana Argham,' etc., and offer outer and inner offerings with 'Om Ah Hum.' Recite: 'Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Ayu Siddhi Hum, Ayu She Sara He Kara Re Shuddhe Hum Ah' three times to supplicate. Visualize a white 'Ah' (ཨ,अ,A,无) at one's heart center, the essence of longevity. When inhaling through the left nostril, visualize the white nectar from the vase flowing like a stream from the left nostril, filling the entire body, and attaining the accomplishment of immortality. Recite: 'Om Amara Ni Jivanti Ye Svaha.' When exhaling, visualize all diseases, evil spirits, and sins being expelled from the pores. Finally, recite and visualize: the Guru in front dissolves into the 'Ah' at one's heart center, accomplishing the vajra life. Then, perform the retraction and other rituals as usual. This was said by Manjughosha. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
