祈请！此生、来世、中阴所有时刻，无论发生好事坏事、快乐悲伤、高低贵贱，若不从其他地方寻求救护怙主，愿您慈悲永不分离地恒常护佑。愿您以智慧慈悲的日光，遣除于迷乱显现黑暗中漂泊的轮回，加持我当下认识原始清净大乐之自性。如是念诵上师三身祈请文、七句祈请文等，随顺因缘念诵祈请文。之后，欲念诵（Jap，梵文：Japa）时，再次将意、眼、气三者专注在莲花生大士的心间，以‘您知晓’之心，生起猛烈的虔诚与渴仰。从其心间，如彩虹般的光芒射出，带有金刚上师咒语的念珠，发出强烈的自鸣声，如阳光中的微尘般，嗡嗡作响地散发。从自己的头顶、喉咙、心间等身体各部分，如大雨倾盆般融入，所有疾病、邪魔、罪障、障碍，都在瞬间清净。生起大乐俱生之殊胜智慧，观想上师之心与自心无二无别地融合，于不散乱的状态中，念诵‘嗡啊吽 班匝咕噜贝玛悉地吽’（Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hūṃ）。念诵百遍、千遍等，尽己所能。有时以音声念诵，以策励觉性。 于座间休息时，念诵：‘嗡啊吽！金刚上师，恩重如山的法主，莲花生乃是诸佛之化身。我祈请您，赐予殊胜与共同的一切成就，就在当下！’念诵三遍。莲花生大士以慈爱的眼神，目光闪烁地注视着虚空，所有显现与存在都融化为虹光之自性，融入莲花生大士。莲花生大士以虹光之自性，鲜明地从自己的头顶融入，与自己无二无别，成为一体，于无有间断、虹光灿烂、体性空性法身、自性大乐、无勤作的境界中，安住尽可能长的时间。最后，如常念诵‘生生世世不离清净上师’等回向文、祈愿文、吉祥文等。于此末法时期，对于雪域藏地的一切众生而言，莲花生大士，这位比所有佛陀更具加持、成就迅速的上师，与莲花生上师之足及根本上师无别，一心祈请。

I pray! In all moments of this life, the next, and the bardo, whatever good or bad, happiness or sorrow, high or low may occur, if I do not seek refuge and protection from elsewhere, may your compassion always protect me without separation. May the sunlight of your wisdom and compassion dispel the wandering in the darkness of deluded appearances, and bless me to recognize the very nature of primordial purity and great bliss right now. Thus, recite the Prayer to the Guru's Three Bodies, the Seven-Line Prayer, etc., whatever prayer is appropriate for the occasion. Then, desiring to recite the Japa, once again focus the mind, eyes, and breath single-pointedly on the heart of Guru Rinpoche (莲花生大士，Padmasambhava), with intense devotion and longing, thinking, 'You know.' From his heart, rays of light like rainbows emanate, with a rosary of the Vajra Guru mantra, sounding loudly with its own sound, buzzing like dust motes in sunlight. From all parts of one's body, such as the crown of the head, throat, and heart, they dissolve in like rain falling on a great ocean, instantly purifying all illnesses, evil spirits, sins, and obstacles. The extraordinary wisdom of great bliss born together arises in the mindstream. Thinking that the Guru's mind and one's own mind are inseparably mixed, in a state of non-distraction, Recite 'Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hūṃ' as much as possible, hundreds or thousands of times. Sometimes, stimulate awareness by reciting with melody. At the end of the session, recite: 'Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! Vajra Guru, kind Dharma Lord, Padmasambhava, the embodiment of all Buddhas. I pray to you, grant all supreme and common accomplishments, right now!' Recite this three times. Guru Rinpoche, with loving eyes, gazes flickeringly at the expanse of the sky, and all appearances and existences melt into the nature of rainbow light, dissolving into the Guru himself. That same rainbow and light nature vividly dissolves from one's own crown, becoming inseparable and of one taste with oneself, remaining clear as rainbow and light, without interruption. The essence is emptiness, naked as the Dharmakaya (法身), the nature is great bliss, abiding in a state of effortless effortlessness for as long as possible. Finally, as usual, recite the dedication, aspiration prayers, auspicious verses, etc., such as 'In all my lives, may I never be separated from the true Guru.' In this present time, for all beings in the snowy land of Tibet, Guru Padmasambhava, the master of accomplishment who has the most swift blessings compared to all the Buddhas, is inseparable from the feet of Guru Padmasambhava and the supreme Guru, I pray with one-pointed devotion. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I pray to the venerable lama, Khyenrab Dechen. I pray to the three tutors. I pray to the lord of the ocean of profound and vast instructions. I pray to the incomparably kind Tenzin Rabgye. Nesangwa, the root lama accepted by the protector. I pray to the two kind lamas. Thus, with the fresh breeze of faith in my own mind, Urging the dark clouds of compassion, As the rain of the two siddhis falls, May the root and lineage lamas accept us! May the phenomenal world be the pure and vast realm of the Buddhas, Whatever appears is the lama who is the union of all three roots. Having found certainty, praying with one-pointedness, May the blessings of compassion enter my heart! Not following after pleasant or unpleasant sounds, May the empty sound arise as the melody of mantra, Whatever dualistic deluded thoughts arise, May I behold the beautiful face of the self-aware lama! In short, from now until the heart of enlightenment, The lama Orgyen (Padmasambhava) is the union of all refuges, Inseparably accepted by you, may we become one taste with your mind, May we be liberated into the primordial space of Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra)!
