祈请安住！中央佛陀部的空行母，具有五彩虹光，眷属环绕着无数与自身相似的空行母。遣除佛部的衰损，延长上师的寿命。将中央的箭幡收摄于法界中。祈请上师转法轮并安住！’在这些词句的间隙，将箭幡依次收摄于空行母的坛城中，并演奏音乐。之后，观想上师为无量寿怙主，坛城中的本尊众的心咒鬘发出光芒，向外照射。外面，五大元素——地、水、火、风、空等器世间的五种元素之精华；内部，三界众生的寿命、福德；秘密，十方四时的诸佛之慈悲、威力，全部以五种圆满的光芒咒鬘的形式汇聚，融入到尊贵上师的心咒——日月嘎乌（护身符盒）咒鬘中。观想融入时发出‘嘶嘶’的声音。伴随着箭幡摇动、音乐演奏、焚香，念诵： ‘吽！往昔劫初时，此不死之法由谁修持？修持的殊胜处在何方？成就之精华由谁获得？吽！往昔劫初时，在极乐自在宫殿中，世尊长寿自在天父天母，示现无生无死的形象，获得了无衰老的成就征兆。祈请彼之加持于今日降临，赐予修持殊胜之长寿成就！吽！其后中间劫时，在罗睺罗血红岩洞中，自生莲师父与母，修持长寿本尊之秘密法。修持虹身金刚寿命，示现无生无死的形象，获得了无衰老的成就征兆。祈请彼之加持于今日降临，赐予修持殊胜之长寿成就！吽！其后现今劫时，在空行聚会欢乐园林中，无漏虹光宝库中，具缘法主士夫，开启甚深伏藏之秘密封印之时，获得了无生无死的把握，获得了不死成就的征兆。祈请彼之加持于今日降临，赐予修持殊胜之长寿成就！’ 念诵：‘吽！从坛城中央，三根本总集之本尊，父父母与子众，祈请于今日忆念誓言。三族姓怙主、莲花生大士，四速疾母与四门母等，长寿秘密坛城之本尊众，于不可见之法界中’

Please remain! The Dakini of the central Buddha family, endowed with the radiance of the five-colored rainbow, surrounded by hundreds of retinues similar to herself. Avert the decline of the Buddha family, extend the life of the Lama. Gather the central arrow banner into the sphere of reality. Please let the Lama turn the wheel of Dharma and remain! At the breaks of these words, the arrow banners are gradually gathered into the mandala of the Dakinis, and music is played. Then, visualize the Lama as the protector Amitayus, and light radiates from the heart mantras of the deities of the mandala. Outwardly, the essence of the five elements of the external world, such as earth, water, fire, wind, and space; inwardly, the life, glory, and merit of the beings of the three realms; secretly, the compassion and power of all the Sugatas and Victorious Ones of the ten directions and four times are all gathered in the form of a five-fold complete light mantra, and absorbed into the heart mantra of the glorious Lama, the sun and moon gau (amulet box) mantra. Visualize it being absorbed with a 'hissing' sound. Accompanied by the waving of the arrow banner, the playing of music, and the burning of incense, recite: 'Hum! In the first of the past kalpas, who practiced this deathless Dharma? Where was the supreme place of practice? Who attained the essence of accomplishment? Hum! In the first of the past kalpas, in the palace of Great Bliss and Power, the Bhagavan Amitayus, Father and Mother, manifested in a form without birth or death, and obtained the signs of accomplishment without aging. Please invoke that blessing here today, grant the supreme accomplishment of longevity! Hum! Then, in the intermediate kalpa, in the Rakta rock cave of Rahula, the self-born Padmasambhava, Father and Mother, practiced the secret practice of the longevity deity. By practicing the rainbow body Vajra life, they manifested in a form without birth or death, and obtained the signs of accomplishment without aging. Please invoke that blessing here today, grant the supreme accomplishment of longevity! Hum! Then, in the present kalpa, in the joyful grove of Dakini gatherings, in the flawless rainbow treasury, the fortunate Dharma lord, when opening the secret seal of the profound treasure, gained the certainty of no birth or death, and obtained the signs of deathless accomplishment. Please invoke that blessing here today, grant the supreme accomplishment of longevity!' Recite: 'Hum! From the center of the mandala, the deity who is the embodiment of the three roots, Father, Mother, and Sons, please invoke your vows here today. 以虔诚之心，我恳请您。祈愿诸位寿命之主，迎回流失的生命力。 汇聚三界稳固与变动的一切生命精华与成就。祈愿为持明修行者降下加持的甘霖。 所有寿命使者与护法，请助我成就寿命精华与成就。以此恳请，同时进行勾召寿命。 如是，将一切世间与寂静的精华，如光芒与蜂蜜般融入身躯，并融入寿命之所依，即日月宝匣及其连缀之物。 愿身寿如不变之须弥山，如不朽之胜幢，稳固如金刚雍仲之自性。之后，依次献上寿命之物。 吽！ 至尊逝者寿命之秘密宫殿，吉祥珍宝，装饰圆满之宝瓶。其中安住三根本寿命本尊，以及无二甘露之水。以此供养，涤除业与烦恼的习气与垢染。愿成就智慧本尊之身语意。嗡啊吽啥，咕噜德瓦达吉尼，萨瓦悉地帕拉吽。阿比香佳 斯瓦哈。 吽！ 于盛满大乐之大宝螺中，汇集八万根本与千种枝叶之药材。三根本本尊共同融合之菩提心。以此献予尊贵上师，愿解开脉结，开启智慧脉轮。获得乐空秘密之殊胜灌顶。嗡啊吽，古雅 阿比香佳 斯瓦哈。 吽！ 以谷物精华与誓言物融合之长寿甘露丸，此为方便与智慧双运，尝解脱之丸。以此献予尊贵上师，愿获得尝、空、智慧之灌顶。嗡啊吽，般若 嘉纳 阿比香佳 斯瓦哈。 吽！ 外在如誓言物，二十五种殊胜之物。内在如食子、宝瓶，本尊之宫殿。秘密如三根本寿命本尊安住。以此献予尊贵上师，愿获得不 смерти的寿命与无尽之食物财富等，以及满足愿望之灌顶。嗡啊吽，古纳 阿育 悉地 策 仲。 吽！ 逝者寿命之身语意功德，以及无尽事业之庄严轮。以三密不变金刚印封印。亦成就为不 смерти金刚之命，愿获得不变金刚雍仲之寿命。嗡啊吽，嘎雅 瓦嘎 चित्त 迪叉 巴扎 阿比香佳 斯瓦哈。 之后，依次献上四事业之附属物。献上圆满成就寿命自在持明之灌顶附属物，愿三界一切精华。

With a devout heart, I earnestly request you. May all the lords of life retrieve the lost life force. Gather all the life essence and accomplishments of the three realms, both stable and changing. May a rain of blessings fall upon the Vidyadhara practitioners. All life messengers and protectors, please assist me in accomplishing the essence and achievements of life. With this request, simultaneously perform the summoning of life. Thus, may all the essence of samsara and nirvana, like light and honey, be poured into the body, and infused into the support of life, the lunar and solar amulets and their connections. May the lifespan be like the unchanging Mount Meru, like the indestructible victory banner, stable as the nature of Vajra Yungdrung. Then, offer the substances of life in order. Hūṃ! Supreme Sugata's secret palace of life, auspicious jewel, adorned vase. Within reside the three roots, the deities of life, and the water of non-dual nectar. By offering this, cleanse the habits and stains of karma and afflictions. May the body, speech, and mind of the wisdom deity be accomplished. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ guru ḍākinī sarva siddhi phala hūṃ. Abhiṣiñca stvaṃ. Hūṃ! In the great conch shell filled with great bliss, gather eighty thousand root and a thousand branch medicines. The Bodhicitta of the three root deities combined. By offering this to the noble Guru, may the knots of the channels be untied, and the wisdom channels be opened. May the supreme empowerment of bliss and emptiness be attained. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ guhya abhiṣiñca stvaṃ. Hūṃ! The longevity pill, a combination of grain essence and samaya substances, this pill of union of method and wisdom, tasting liberation. By offering this to the noble Guru, may the empowerment of taste, emptiness, and wisdom be attained. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ prajñājñāna abhiṣiñca stvaṃ. Hūṃ! Outwardly, like samaya substances, twenty-five supreme substances. Inwardly, like tormas, vases, the palace of the deities. Secretly, the three root deities of life reside. By offering this to the noble Guru, may the empowerment to fulfill the qualities of immortal life and inexhaustible food and wealth, etc., and to fulfill wishes be attained. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ guṇa āyuḥ siddhi tshe bhrūṃ. Hūṃ! The body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the Sugata's life, and the inexhaustible wheel of adornment. Sealed with the three secrets, the unchanging Vajra. Having been accomplished as the life of the immortal Vajra, may the unchanging Vajra Yungdrung's life be attained. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ kāya vāka citta tiṣṭha vajra abhiṣiñca stvaṃ. Then, offer the subsidiaries of the four activities in order. By offering these empowerment subsidiaries to the spontaneously accomplished life empowerment Vidyadhara, may all the essence of the three realms. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
