愿一切处，充满不死菩提心之甘露。 今以此布施于具缘之你， 愿你获得无碍莲花语之寿命。 （咒语结尾：哇嘎 阿毗钦扎 阿 ཨཱཿ）念诵后置于喉间，给予甘露。手持长寿丸，为了灌顶心，将存在与寂静的寿命精华显现为丸药之形，置于心间，通过体验，与心之中央不坏明点融为一体。成为身体的滋养和心的所依，生起获得智慧金刚寿命之权能的信心。 吽！存在与寂静之精华，不变寿命之物。 与菩提心之明点无二无别。 今以此布施于具缘之你， 愿你获得光明精华心之寿命。 （咒语结尾：则达 阿毗钦扎 ཧཱུྃ）念诵后置于心间，给予丸药。为了增长寿命，将燃烧的珍宝长寿箭于头顶交叉放置，使身体如金刚铠甲般坚固，寿命如金刚磐石般稳固，同时安住于光明本初遍布之法界中，生起必定不被斩断、不被摧毁，证悟不死本初状态的信心。 啊！舒展则寿命遍布存在与寂静， 收摄则唯一明点之虚空。 通过无有迁变地增长， 愿成就大智慧之生命！ （咒语：嘉那 班杂 惹恰 阿 阿 ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་རཀྵ་ཨ་ཨ）念诵后将长寿箭于头顶交叉放置。若条件允许，可给予吉祥八宝等物。无论如何都要广作吉祥祝愿。承诺三昧耶，献曼扎，供养身受用，回向善根等按通常仪轨进行。 第三、后行：从享用荟供、布施残食起，到吉祥祝愿结束，按照仪轨进行即可完成。若要修持百种长寿法等，可略微详细地在长寿丸灌顶结束后进行吉祥祝愿。再次进行勾召寿命、摄集精髓等，从勾召寿命到长寿丸灌顶重复进行。每次灌顶结束后，念诵吉祥偈颂。 若要简略，再次将寿命箭置于头顶，通过给予不死寿命甘露和丸药，清净身语意三门之罪障，以及所有中断寿命的因素。生起获得身语意金刚之寿命和所有智慧成就的信心。 嗡！吉祥光明等偈颂及咒语一起念诵。

May all places be filled with the nectar of immortal Bodhicitta. By giving this to you, the fortunate one, today, May you obtain the life of unobstructed lotus speech. (Mantra ending: Wāka Abhiṣiñca Āḥ, 藏文：ཝཱ་ཀ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ, 天城体梵文：वाक अभिषिञ्च आः, 罗马转写梵文：Vāka Abhiṣiñca Āḥ, 汉语字面意思：语灌顶啊) After reciting, place it on the throat and give the nectar. Holding the longevity pill, in order to empower the mind, the essence of existence and peace appears in the form of a pill, placed in the heart. Through experience, it merges into one taste with the indestructible Thigle (明点) in the center of the heart. Becoming the nourishment of the body and the support of the mind, generate the confidence to obtain the power of the wisdom Vajra life. Hūṃ! The essence of existence and peace, the unchanging substance of life. Inseparable from the Thigle (明点) of Bodhicitta. At the same time, abide in the all-pervading realm of luminous original nature, generate the confidence of realizing the indestructible, immortal primordial state. Ah! Spreading, life pervades existence and peace, Condensed, it is the space of a single Thigle (明点). Through unwavering increase, May the life of great wisdom be accomplished! (Mantra: Jñāna Vajra Rakṣa Āḥ Āḥ, 藏文：ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་རཀྵ་ཨ་ཨ, 天城体梵文：ज्ञान वज्र रक्ष आ आ, 罗马转写梵文：Jñāna Vajra Rakṣa Āḥ Āḥ, 汉语字面意思：智慧金刚保护啊啊) After reciting, place the longevity arrow crosswise on the crown of the head. If conditions permit, give auspicious substances such as the Seven Precious Emblems. In any case, make extensive auspicious wishes. Vow the Samaya, offer the Mandala, offer body and possessions, dedicate the merit, etc., according to the usual ritual. Third, the subsequent actions: Starting from enjoying the Tsok (荟供) and offering the leftovers, until the end of the auspicious wishes, it is completed according to the ritual. If you want to practice hundreds of longevity methods, you can perform auspicious wishes in more detail after the longevity pill empowerment. Again, perform summoning life, gathering essence, etc., repeat from summoning life to longevity pill empowerment. At the end of each empowerment, recite an auspicious verse. If you want to be brief, place the longevity arrow again on the crown of the head, and through giving the immortal longevity nectar and pill, purify the sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind, and all factors that interrupt life. Generate the confidence to obtain the life of Vajra of body, speech, and mind, and all wisdom accomplishments. Oṃ!
