多罗那他大师教言集JT466 零星教言 23-8 ༄༅། །零星教言 ༄། །对青堆修行大成就者法幢所说。 ༄༅། །零星教言 ༄༅། །那摩 guruwe（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。忆念上师能消除内心的痛苦，忆念上师能不费力地成就一切愿望，忆念上师能把握本来的自性，我顶礼忆念上师之王足。 这三句教言的妙语，虽然对所有听者都有益，但能付诸实践的却很少，请铭记在有信心的弟子心中。那个想要独自隐居的处所，因为很难长久保持，所以不要贪恋乡村的喧嚣，从内心深处珍视去往寂静的地方。精进修行的热忱升起，对虚假美好的向往消失，在显现与心识无二无别的状态中，拉长对贪恋的束缚。如果不能从根源上断除一切执着，即使期望生起厌离心也是自欺欺人。放纵地享用欲望，即使言辞高亢，也只能在轮回中漂泊。对宗派的偏执和贪恋的虔诚，以及严厉和恐惧的威胁，即使依靠权势也无法长久维持，要寻求心意无二无别地融合。安住于平静的状态，不会被外缘所动摇，任由念头自然生灭，不要欺骗自己，以为理解了空性。让流动在流动空性的状态中，观察自己的内心，调伏自己的心识，始终听取自己内心的声音，不要自以为是，要挖掘自己的缺点，将自己安置在无分别的境界中。现在要始终祈祷上师，摧毁贪嗔的念头，彻底斩断贪恋的束缚，这样才能最终完成伟大的佛法之声。对于任何生起的觉性，不要进行肯定或否定的干预，如果向外看，就会对自己不利，将一切行为都抛弃在无所作为的状态中。这稍微提示的修持要点，是给弟子们提出的建议。无所依的觉性自性光明，从不确定的口中脱口而出。瑜伽士多罗那他，对青堆修行大成就者法幢所说。 ༄། །对索托内索阿旺彭措的教言 ༄༅། །嗡 斯瓦斯谛（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。遍布一切种姓

Remembering the father eliminates the suffering of the heart. Remembering the father effortlessly accomplishes all desires. Remembering the father seizes the innate ground. I prostrate to the feet of the king who remembers the father. This sweet talk of three words of advice, although beneficial to all who hear it, is rare to put into practice. Keep it in the mind of a faithful disciple. That solitary place where one wants to stay alone, because it is difficult to maintain for a long time, do not be attached to the hustle and bustle of the village. Cherish going to a secluded place from the depths of your heart. The zeal of diligent practice arises, and the desire for false goodness disappears. In the midst of the inseparability of appearance and mind, lengthen the bonds of attachment. If you do not cut off all attachments from the root, you deceive yourself even if you hope to generate renunciation. Indulging in desires, even if the words are loud, you will wander in samsara. The sectarian bias and the devotion of attachment, and the threat of harshness and fear, cannot be maintained forever even with power. Seek to merge the mind and heart without distinction. Abiding in a state of stillness, not disturbed by circumstances. The cause of not letting thoughts wander on their own. Deceiving the future with the idea of understanding emptiness. Let the movement be in the state of moving emptiness. Look at your own mind and subdue your own mind. Always get your own advice from your own mind. Do not be arrogant, dig out your own faults. Transport yourself into the realm of non-discrimination. Now always pray to the lama. Destroy the thoughts of attachment and aversion. Completely cut off the bonds of attachment. Then the great sound of Dharma will be completed. For whatever arises in awareness, do not interfere with affirmation or negation. If you look outward, you will harm yourself. Abandon all actions in a state of non-action. This slightly prompted key point of practice is a suggestion to the disciples. The self-luminous nature of unattached awareness, slips out of the uncertain mouth.
