When those who were sent approached the teacher, the teacher, with a slight application of mantra, made the feet of all of them stiff, unable to move, and everyone was amazed, saying, "Alas, we should have faith in this powerful yogi!" They advised each other in this way and generated faith, and the stiffness was relieved. They also reported to the king. The king was also amazed and went to the teacher, prostrated and scattered many silver coins, begging for forgiveness, and the teacher also bestowed a tilaka of auspicious ash. Then, at another time, the supreme King Mukunda {and [Deva] the tiger king of Dilampachava had a dispute. He came from Magadha to the west for half a month's journey. In a city street called Mathura Sakari, which was two days away, King Rama Bharata was stationed there with an army of three hundred thousand. The great teacher Megha Natha also came there and begged for food from both sides of the army leaders, and with the power of true words, the war also subsided naturally. In particular, the three leaders of the six thousand elephants used in the Delhi battlefield, and the most excellent of all the elephants used in the king's elephant master's battlefield, the Gopala elephant, which was thirty-eight cubits tall, and was said to be able to do the work of two hundred ordinary elephants, those excellent elephants also showed the illusion of pressing with their trunks. Having done some mantra and meditation, it was seen that the horses of both kings sometimes would not move even when urged, and sometimes could not be caught even when trying to seize them, which amazed everyone. Also, once when the father king was about to worship Kubera and Shiva as usual, the master Meghānātha appeared miraculously and said, "If your lineage only worships the Buddha, this is not appropriate," and prevented it. Once, while playing, when a handful of sand was scattered on a platform in the middle of the road, like a magic trick, the master and disciple also went there and prevented it as before. From then on, the father king also mainly worshipped the Buddha, thinking that the Buddhas have great magical powers. Thus, this holy being sometimes stayed at the residences of the three masters respectively, and sometimes resided in the palace, and together with his father, passed through the regions of Puṇḍravardhana, Khasarpaṇa, and Rāṛha, and also went to Oḍiśa, Jagannātha, Kaṭaka, Vārāṇasī, Uśīrana, Lalita, Ghāhūra, and Bhoṭa. He also met Ānanda Praśroti, the leader of the great master Ānanda Bhadra. It is said that after receiving the recitation transmission of the Holy Tārā, signs of being accepted immediately appeared (this is the most famous king). Furthermore, he traveled to all the great holy sites of kings such as Rājagṛha (the king's residence), Gayāśīrṣa, Gurlā Mountain, Bird's Foot Mountain, Gṛdhra (vulture heap) Kūṭa, and all the forests and cities, and was one who had wonderful illusory games. It is said that in this way, the hundred-year activity of this supreme being was completed in nearly eight years. The rebirth from that is the present one. Therefore, previous habits naturally tend towards virtue, so it should be connected with praising the merit of being accustomed to virtue. Those who rely on the holy guru properly, because they always follow the noble ones, it should also be connected with praising the merit of relying on the guru. Those who are perfectly accomplished through aspiration will definitely become very good, so it should also be connected with the power of aspiration. Here it is said: Accumulating the two accumulations, the wish-fulfilling jewel chariot, and with the true aspiration, the seven horses well combined, may the two benefits rapidly increase.
