Meditating, one attains the Dharmakaya. Because there are four habitual patterns of delusion in the mind, the root-channels of the four chakras are formed in the body. From that, the delusory appearances of the four states arise. If one grasps those points, they are the cause of the four kayas. In the heart, the delusion of thick sleep and ignorance arises. Meditating on the great mudra of clear light in that place, all elaborations are pacified, and the Dharmakaya is attained. The ground, path, and fruition are in harmony in the realm of non-thought. From the throat arises the clear appearance of dreams and the bardo. Taking the path of the deity's form in dreams is the key point of the throat. The result is the pure appearance of the Sambhogakaya, vast and extensive. These three, subtle clear appearances, are of one nature. The coarse delusory appearances of the waking state are due to the power of the navel. The key point of the illusory body and the deity's form being unreal is also that. Accomplishing activities through various emanations is the Nirmanakaya result. The ground, path, and fruition are in harmony in the coarse appearances. The bliss of transformation arises from the key point of the crown of the head. Tummo or karmamudra is also pressing on the key point. The result is the immutable body of great bliss. The ground, path, and fruition are in harmony in the essence of bliss. The mind is naturally empty and clear, and the self-radiance of clarity arises in various ways, and it abides in the nature of great bliss. Not knowing one's own nature are the four states of delusion. The nature of reality manifesting is the four kayas. The near path of the unsurpassable Vajrayana. The essence of the key points summarized is just this much. Satisfy your own mind with the profound nectar. Thus, may this instruction on the path of Sutra and Tantra, after being fully understood in the mind of you fortunate ones, ripen and liberate with the supreme skillful means to establish limitless beings in enlightenment. Although these are connected with many experiences, they are not fabricated by myself. The view of not seeking the essence from elsewhere, the uncorrected naturalness, is: In the Sutra of the King of Samadhi Winners, it is said: The nature of form is other, but emptiness is not said to be other. Whoever fully understands forms, he fully understands emptiness. Whoever fully understands emptiness, he understands nirvana. In this way, those who do not understand, the object-oriented ones, will be completely destroyed. Thus it is said. In the Lankavatara Sutra, it is said: There is no arising or ceasing of the world, like a flower in the sky. Do not fixate on existence or non-existence. Thus it is said.

Without grasping and without duality, Wisdom exists, but not consciousness. The non-conceptual wisdom, Actions and deeds are all the same, Non-conceptual, spontaneously accomplished. The actions of the Buddhas of the three times, The Buddha has no beginning and no end, The first Buddha is born without cause. As the great Brahmin said, As long as the mind emanates, That long is the nature of the protector, Are water and waves different? Practice meditation in Samputi. Do not meditate on emptiness, Nor should you meditate on non-emptiness. A yogi does not abandon emptiness, Nor does he completely abandon non-emptiness. The way the two bodies are complete in the mind, From the root tantra of Hevajra: Having the form of face and hands, The supreme bliss is formless, Therefore, all beings are born together, It is said that the nature is born together. Thus, the connection of the four bodies is explained, The place of birth is the heart, throat, and crown, The three bodies reside in them, As it is clearly stated in the tantras. This was written by Jowo Nangpa Tāranātha in the great palace of Nedong Tse (circa 1615, Nedong), after being urged by the disciple Dondrup Jampa Rinchen, who was close to the supreme practice. May virtue and auspiciousness increase! Table of Contents Written by Jowo Nangpa Tāranātha in the great palace of Nedong Tse (circa 1615, Nedong).
