English version: The Tathāgata Arhat Samyak-saṃbuddha, having spoken the mantra, said to Ākāśagarbha Bodhisattva Mahāsattva: 'If there are those who receive, uphold, read, recite, and make offerings to this dhāraṇī, know that all their karmic obstacles will be eliminated, and at all times they will be embraced by all Buddhas, staying away from evil and abiding in goodness.' 'If someone suffers from vitiligo, they can chant over Buddha flowers eight thousand times. If they have a persistent fever, they can chant over Buddha flowers eight thousand times. If the illness is newly acquired, they can chant over Buddha flowers eight thousand times and carry them on their body, so that all suffering will be eliminated at all times.' 'If a woman has a difficult childbirth, she can fry Buddha flowers in oil and apply it. If it is a skin rash, she can fry Buddha flowers in ghee and apply it. If it is a carbuncle, swelling, or various hemorrhoids and fistulas, she can mix Buddha flowers with good honey and apply it to the sore.' 'If it is malaria, recurring on one day, two days, three days, or four days, or illnesses caused by eating fragrant substances or flowers, or various ghost-caused illnesses, or epilepsy, they can carry the blessed Buddha flowers on their body. Through the power of this mantra, all such illnesses will be eliminated at all times.'
