The activities of the guru include self-generation, front generation, and practice. Among these, offerings, praises, and self-entry have been completed. Now, it is the turn of the disciple's duties. To request the guru to manifest as the co-emergent Hevajra (meaning: name of the deity) and to receive the preliminary practices of blessings, begin offering the mandala. Recite the 'Great Bliss You and I' and other prayers. Perform the daily confession of refuge in the Three Jewels, etc. To generate the disciple as Hevajra, invite the wisdom deity and merge it. Perform incense offerings, music, and recitations. This is to descend wisdom, for the sake of the main practice, please make this aspiration. Visualize the front generation and the guru, although different in appearance, as the Hevajra mandala, inseparable in essence, with the five deities of body, speech, and mind of Hevajra manifesting in the three places (referring to body, speech, and mind) as if seen with your own eyes. To request the blessings of the main practice, begin offering the mandala. Please recite this prayer. I request the precious guru to fully bestow the four empowerments upon me. Repeat three times, and then please make this aspiration. Visualize yourselves as manifesting as Hevajra, with a white four-spoked wheel arising from bhrūṃ (Tibetan: བྷྲུྃ, Devanagari: भृं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable) at the crown of your head. At the tips of the spokes are red raṃ (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable), rotating like the wind. In the center of the wheel are the sun and moon and the seat of Bhairava (meaning: wrathful deity) and Kalaratri (meaning: black night). At the throat, visualize a red wheel arising from bhrūṃ (Tibetan: བྷྲུྃ, Devanagari: भृं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable). At the heart, also visualize a blue wheel arising from bhrūṃ (Tibetan: བྷྲུྃ, Devanagari: भृं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable). Both of these wheels are also four-spoked, with red raṃ (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable) at the tips of the spokes, and a seat in the center, as before. You should generate reverence and faith towards the Hevajra at the crown of your head, inseparable from the front generation and the guru. From there, descend the white hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable) and red vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable), which are the essence of the body Hevajra. Entering the center of your crown wheel, the father deity of body Hevajra is white, the mother deity is red, and all characteristics are fully complete. The four core yoginis are also all white in appearance. At the tips of the spokes, the raṃ (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable) driven by the wind transforms into flames, becoming the outer, inner, and secret offerings, offered to the five deities at the crown of the head. From their bodies, rays of light emanate, gathering the blessings of the bodies of all refuge objects, merging into the five deities at the crown of the head, causing the father and mother deities to reside in equanimity. The four yoginis also unite with the khatvanga (meaning: tantric staff) of the father deity's essence, and from the point of union, a stream of white nectar flows, filling the entire body. Obtain the vase empowerment. Generate the faith of receiving the body blessing. Recite the seventh letter and the sound of the damaru (meaning: hand drum). Similarly, visualize at the throat and heart. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
