也不會墮落的，勝者您面前立下誓言！您也請不要以慈悲心捨棄，以慈愛之心如子般守護！如是坦白懺悔後，我等進入密咒之門者，根本支分三昧耶的，所有違犯皆得圓滿！殊勝與共同等，所有成就皆得成就！塔納嘎納的見行自在，獲得心之證悟！如是懺悔清淨力，我和六道眾生，身語意三清淨業障，乃至地獄也得以清淨，從六道中解脫！五道十地的次第，剎那間即可行越！名為持明者勝者之淨土，願能獲得三身佛果！從此所生之善，密咒金剛乘，願教法威猛加持廣弘！此密咒宣說於國土，願人疾畜疫皆得平息！人壽增長，五穀豐收，牲畜興旺！一切眾生行持十善！一切眾生皆得成佛！如是說。瑜伽之總沐浴，地獄清淨懺悔之王。蓮師（蓮花生大士）對措嘉佛母不斷給予意之教誡。僅僅念誦一次此密咒，五無間罪也如海螺擦拭般清淨。貢度隆欽續中如是說。因此，對此作意修非常重要。是化身娘的伏藏。薩瑪雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！
English
And will not fall, I vow before you, the Victorious One! Please do not abandon me with compassion, but protect me with loving-kindness like a child! Thus, having confessed and repented, may all of us who have entered the gate of secret mantra, the root and branch of samaya, have all violations fulfilled! May we obtain all siddhis, such as the supreme and the common! May we have the freedom of the view and conduct of Tana Gana, and may we attain the realization of mind! By such repentance and purification, may I and all sentient beings of the six realms purify the obscurations of body, speech, and mind, and may even the hells be emptied, and may we be liberated from the six realms! May we traverse the stages of the five paths and ten bhumis in an instant! May we attain the three bodies of the Buddha in the pure land of the Vidyadharas! By the virtue arising from this, may the secret mantra Vajrayana flourish with powerful blessings! May this secret mantra be proclaimed in the kingdom, and may human and livestock diseases be pacified! May humans prosper, may the crops be good, and may the livestock thrive! May all beings practice the ten virtues! May all attain Buddhahood! Thus it was said. The general bath of yoga, the king of repentance that empties the hells. Guru Padmasambhava continuously instructed Lady Tsogyal with the mind's instructions. It is said in the Gongdü Longchen Tantra that even the five inexpiable sins are purified like wiping a conch shell by reciting this secret mantra just once. Therefore, it is very important to practice this with devotion. It is the terma of Tulku Nyang. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya!
