智慧身以殊胜怖畏严饰而安住，向八位高日忿怒母顶礼！ 身为空性，于任何处皆无阻碍，能随欲转变之大幻化母，如母如姊以慈爱之态为助伴，向八位森哈面母顶礼！ 金刚面母四位迅疾使者，行勾召、束缚、禁制、迷醉诸事业，守护东西南北四方之门，向四位守门忿怒母顶礼！ 具光辉之眷属众，班杂阿惹里（藏文，梵文：वज्र अरलि，梵文罗马拟音：Vajra Arali，汉语字面意思：金刚阿惹里），空行、速行母众具自在力者，具罗刹女之装束，有怖畏之首饰，向二十八位瑜伽母顶礼！ 于十方傲慢者交错之座垫上，于智慧劫火炽燃之境中，断除不善，策励行持十善，向十方之忿怒尊顶礼！ 阿拉拉霍！此幻化寂忿之诸天众，仅念诵其名号一次，何人以恭敬心顶礼，则能弥补损减，获得成就，是故以恭敬心顶礼！ 阿拉拉霍！圆满三世诸佛之功德，成熟解脱一切所化有情之，上师持明众顶礼！ 向无生法身顶礼！ 向圆满受用身顶礼！ 向种种化身顶礼！ 向不变金刚身顶礼！ 向现证菩提身顶礼！ 三世诸佛所修之处，圆满二资粮，功德至究竟，向身与智慧之众顶礼！ 由五大所化现之，五位常恒之母顶礼！ 自性法界所成就之，法界自在五位天女顶礼！ 乃因果菩提萨埵之化身，向三十二位空行母顶礼！ 乃象头神之化身，向诸金刚童子顶礼！ 乃吉祥天女之化身，向诸金刚母顶礼！ 于世间界具自在力，具怖畏光焰发髻，耽著欲妙之味，向母曜空行众顶礼！ 善恶持平，追踪违越誓言者，如教奉行之助伴，向誓盟海众顶礼！ 阿拉拉霍！薄伽梵

The wisdom body abides, adorned with supreme terror. I prostrate to the eight Kauri Wrathful Mothers! With bodies of space, unobstructed anywhere, great transforming illusion mothers who transform as desired, acting as friends in the manner of mothers and sisters. I prostrate to the eight Singhā-mukha-men! The four swift messengers with vajra faces, performing all actions of summoning, binding, restraining, and intoxicating, protecting the four gates of east, south, west, and north. I prostrate to the four gate-guarding wrathful mothers! The glorious retinue, Vajra Arali (藏文，梵文：वज्र अरलि，梵文罗马拟音：Vajra Arali，English: Vajra Arali), the powerful assemblies of swift-going dakinis, with the attire of rakshasis, having terrifying head ornaments. I prostrate to the twenty-eight yoginis! Upon the seat where the prideful of the ten directions are intertwined, in the realm where the fire of wisdom kalpa blazes, cutting off non-virtue, urging the accomplishment of the ten virtues. I prostrate to the wrathful kings of the ten directions! Alala Ho! These deities of illusionary peace and wrath, merely uttering their names once, whoever prostrates with reverence, will replenish impairments and attain accomplishments. Therefore, I prostrate with reverence! Alala Ho! Perfecting the qualities of the Buddhas of the three times, ripening and liberating all those to be tamed, I prostrate to the assembly of lamas and vidyadharas! I prostrate to the unborn dharmakaya! I prostrate to the sambhogakaya of perfect enjoyment! I prostrate to the nirmanakaya that emanates in various forms! I prostrate to the immutable vajrakaya! I prostrate to the abisambodhikaya! The place practiced by all the Buddhas of the three times, perfecting the two accumulations and reaching the ultimate in qualities, I prostrate to the assembly of body and wisdom! Those who arose as bodies from the five elements, I prostrate to the five eternal queens! Those who are accomplished from the nature of dharmadhatu, I prostrate to the five goddesses who are powerful in the dharmadhatu! Being emanations of cause and effect bodhisattvas, I prostrate to the thirty-two dakinis! Being emanations of Ganapati, I prostrate to the ging boys! Being emanations of the goddess Shri Devi, I prostrate to the ging girls! Those who have dominion over the realms of the world, having terrifying, blazing, matted hair, attached to the taste of desire, I prostrate to the assembly of mamos and dakinis! Holding the balance of good and bad, tracking those who break vows, acting as friends who accomplish according to the command, I prostrate to the ocean of oath-bound ones! Alala Ho! Bhagavan

The five to be practiced and the five not to be abandoned, The five to be taken and the five to be accomplished, The five to be known, etc., all the Branch vows, all the breakages, I confess with a mind of remorse and regret. Interruptions in the time offerings such as the tenth and eighth days, Unclear approach and accomplishment, samadhi, and wrong views, Impure offerings, contamination, etc., Being controlled by laziness and stinginess, etc., I confess with a mind of remorse and regret.
