于此，身语以及意，罪业我所造作诸，彼等一切我皆个别忏。十方一切诸佛与佛子，自生佛与有学无学众，于诸众生之福德，彼等一切我皆随喜。何者十方世界之明灯，次第证得菩提未染污，彼诸怙主我皆劝请转，无上法轮祈请转法轮。欲示寂灭彼等诸怙主，为利乐一切诸有情故，祈请住世如尘沙劫数，我以合掌殷勤而祈请。顶礼供养忏悔与随喜，劝请祈请所有众善根，我今略积诸善之资粮，一切回向于菩提。嗡啊吽（藏文，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽）！我与无边诸有情，身及受用诸善根，四大洲与须弥日月等，天人受用不可思议供，普贤供养广大之云聚，恒常不断变化而供养，珍贵三宝根本三，护法财神众海前，恭敬恒时而供养。福德大聚圆满后，愿智慧光明得增长！嗡 咕噜 德瓦 达吉尼 萨瓦 冉纳 曼扎拉 普扎 麦嘎 啊 吽（藏文，梵文天城体：ओम् गुरु दे वा डा कि नि सर्वरत्न मण्डल पुजा मे घ आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru de va ḍā ki ni sarvaratna maṇḍala pujā me gha āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 咕噜 德瓦 达吉尼 萨瓦 冉纳 曼扎拉 普扎 麦嘎 啊 吽）！那摩！佛法僧众及，上师本尊空行母，护法财神伏藏主，从一智慧之体性，无碍显现种种相，大悲事业甚稀有，为诸众生救护与怙主，具足智悲之自性您等前，我以至诚恭敬而皈依。身及受用供养而奉献，我与无边诸有情众，祈请恒时以悲心垂念。病及损害息灭且，寿命福德增长并，所有如意之愿望，如法成就祈加持。如是祈请所愿义。之后，特别向圣救度母献供三次，并诵赞颂之续部：自身刹那忆念圆满成，圣救度母之身相明观，心间月上当（藏文，梵文天城体：ताम्，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当）字绿，由此放出无量之光芒，幻化度母众眷属。
English
Hereby, with body, speech, and mind as well, whatever sins I have committed, I confess each and every one of them individually. All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, the Pratyekabuddhas and those in training and beyond, whatever merit of all sentient beings there may be, I rejoice in all of them. Those who are the lamps of the ten directions, who have attained enlightenment in stages, unstained, to those protectors, I urge them all to turn the unsurpassed wheel, I request them to turn the wheel of Dharma. To those protectors who wish to show passing into nirvana, for the benefit and happiness of all sentient beings, I pray that they remain for as many eons as there are dust particles in a field, I pray with folded hands and earnestness. Offering prostrations, making offerings, confessing, and rejoicing, urging and requesting, whatever slight virtue I have accumulated, I dedicate it all for the sake of enlightenment. Om Ah Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओम् आः हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum)! Myself and limitless sentient beings, body and possessions, all virtuous accumulations, the four continents, Mount Meru, sun and moon, the inconceivable enjoyments of gods and humans, a great cloud of Samantabhadra's offerings, constantly transforming and offering without ceasing, to the precious Three Jewels, the root three, the Dharma protectors, wealth deities, and ocean of beings, I respectfully offer always. Having perfected the great accumulation of merit, may the light of wisdom increase! Om Guru Dewa Dakini Sarva Ratna Mandala Puja Megha Ah Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओम् गुरु दे वा डा कि नि सर्वरत्न मण्डल पुजा मे घ आः हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ guru de va ḍā ki ni sarvaratna maṇḍala pujā me gha āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Guru Dewa Dakini Sarva Ratna Mandala Puja Megha Ah Hum)! Namo! Buddhas, Dharma, and Sangha, Guru, Yidam, and Dakinis, Dharma protectors, wealth deities, and lords of treasures, from the nature of one wisdom, manifesting in various ways without obstruction, with great compassion and wondrous activity, being the refuge and protector of all beings, to you all who possess the nature of wisdom and compassion, I prostrate and take refuge from the heart. I offer body and possessions as offerings, may you always protect me and limitless sentient beings with compassion. May sickness and harm be pacified, and may life and merit increase, and may all wishes and intentions be fulfilled according to the Dharma, please bless us. Thus, pray for the desired meaning. Then, in particular, offer offerings to the Holy Tara three times, and recite the tantra of praise: Instantly, in the completion of remembrance, visualize yourself as the form of the Holy Tara, at your heart, on a moon, a green Tam (Tibetan, Devanagari:ताम्, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Tam), from which radiates immeasurable light, emanates the retinue of the Holy Tara's emanations.
