Holding a skull cup and embracing the consort, with fangs bared and tongue curled, possessing three red, round eyes, hair, eyebrows, and beard blazing upwards in reddish-yellow, with furrowed brows, and a large, full abdomen, thighs, and chest, the body and limbs short and stout, adorned with the eight great nagas, wearing a tiger skin loincloth, a necklace of one hundred and fifty dripping heads, a headdress of five dry skulls, possessing nine dance postures, causing fear to the assembly of Yama, seated with the left leg extended on a red buffalo seat. In his lap, the consort Vajra Vetali, red in color, holding a curved knife and skull cup, adorned with bone ornaments, united in union, residing in the midst of blazing wisdom fire. By whose kindness does great bliss arise? In an instant it appears. The guru is like a precious body, I prostrate to the feet of Vajradhara. The self-nature body of all Buddhas, I take refuge in the guru. And to the chief deity with the consort, I also prostrate to the deities. Having abandoned your lotus feet, I have no other refuge. By the blessing of your compassion, grant me your kindness today. Abandoning attachment, all my enemies, friends, demons, obstacles, and objects of attachment and aversion, and all the possessions I cling to, I offer to the glorious and holy guru. The essence of all Buddhas of the three times, the holy guru, please know my thoughts. Please hold me with compassion. Please bless me. Remaining in an ordinary state, with the right hand holding a sharp sword, cutting off one's own head and placing it on three skull tripods in front. Then, the right foot, left foot, lower torso, entrails, upper torso, left hand, remaining head, and finally the right hand with the sword are thrown into the skull cup, transforming into a great heap of flesh, blood, and bones.
