愿我于诸生中，精通五明，成就殊胜十地自在。 吉祥！ 圆满功德力，具十力之导师，真实不虚之佛陀； 解脱功德之源，彼所宣说，能除轮回诸过之神圣法； 三学珍宝璎珞庄严，殊胜皈依处之僧伽，不变真谛之力； 祈愿上部教法护法，以金刚智慧之眼恒常守护，即时与长远皆吉祥！ 如此作者，乃住于殊胜大乘之释迦比丘， 吉祥萨迦之译师，妙音贡噶索南扎巴坚赞贝桑波（名称）， 以语法之努力，所获一切纯净善业， 愿其获得文字之作者旃陀罗·基尔提等无上智慧！ 此乃圆满正等觉释迦牟尼佛显示涅槃之相后三千六百五十七年，以吉祥时轮历火空海为基准年，过去七百一十九年，地护（年号）木阴鸟年萨嘎月黑半月空行母会集之时，十四日，于吉祥那烂陀法寺所书。愿一切众生皆得利益与安乐！
