May we be blessed to attain the life empowerment of the indestructible five bodies. With the words of the text, place them extensively at the five places, or three places, or crossed at the crown of the head. Alternatively, for the sake of summoning life and gathering essence, contemplate in this way: From the heart of the chief deity of the mandala in front of me, rays of light like threads of billions of suns emanate. They stimulate the samaya of all the deities of the mandala, and especially the vajra messengers. From them, emanations of their own form emanate, pervading the sky. All of your life force that has been cut off, diminished, or increased, and all the essence and purity of the animate and inanimate, stolen and plundered by demons and obstacles, are drawn and summoned in the form of nectar of various colors. They seep into you, filling your body. All the purity and essence gather in the indestructible life essence in the center of your heart, so contemplate attaining the deathless vajra life vidyadhara. Recite the life-summoning mantra. From the body of the life-arrow deity, which is clear as the assembly of deities, a stream of deathless nectar descends, filling your body, purifying the impurities of the aggregates, elements, sense bases, and gross matter. May the deathless rainbow body, the vajra body, be manifested. If there is a text, use it, or at the end of the root mantra: ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) Say this and place the life-arrow on your head. By tasting the life-wine, which gathers the supreme essence of the stable and moving, it dissolves into the central channel of the life force. May the indestructible vajra nada voice be accomplished. If there is no text, add to the end of the root mantra: ཝཱ་ཀ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) Place it on the throat and let the left hand receive the offering to taste. By touching the pill that combines the essence of samsara and nirvana to the heart and playing with it, may the conceptual thoughts be liberated into the space of self-arisen luminosity, and may the unchanging, eternal, sacred vajra mind be accomplished. If there is no text, add to the end of the root mantra: ཙིཏྟ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) In this way, touch the life-pill to your heart and give the offering to your right hand without releasing it, and swallow it. The essence of life fills the body. All the purity dissolves into the indestructible essence seed, together with the sun and moon palace in the center of the heart. The sun and moon palace are closed, and tied crosswise with a vajra chain. The whole body becomes a vajra.
