吽! Having adorned the tiger skin, and bestowed this tiger-skin loincloth, may all the arrogant ones be subdued! This is the manner of donning armor when a hero enters the battlefield. From among the implements, bestow the sword. By bestowing this sword on the right, may all those who break their vows be slain! Bestow the hooked knife. By bestowing this hooked knife below, may the enemy's heart-vein be severed! Bestow the heart-lasso. By bestowing this heart-lasso on the left, may it bind the enemy and extract the enemy's heart! Bestow the skull-blood. By bestowing this skull-blood below, may it drink the heart-blood of those who break their vows! This is the manner of bestowing weapons upon the hero, the empowerment of qualities. For the purpose of accomplishing wrathful activity, bestow the poisonous substance for killing. By this wrathful poison that is bestowed, may it become the executioner who slays those who break their vows! Bestow the hurled offering cake. By this wrathful hurled offering cake that is bestowed, may it slay merely by being hurled! Bestow the fire-offering for burning. By this wrathful fire-offering that is bestowed, may it burn all enemies and obstructors! Bestow the subjugating substance, the stupa. By this black votive image that is bestowed, may it subjugate all enemies and obstructors! This is the empowerment of wrathful activity. Bestow the retinue's increase. By this feast-offering and visual offering that is bestowed, may it enjoy the five desirable qualities! These are the empowerments of activity. At the end of these, recite the essence of dependent arising and scatter flowers.
