Practice of Manjushri Simhanada with Anugraha. Practice of Manjushri Simhanada with Anugraha. Om Swasti. The embodiment of the wisdom and compassion of all Buddhas, the unified Manjushri Vajra, and the goddess of sound, Saraswati, I prostrate and explain their practice. The sacred heart commitment, the practice of Manjushri Simhanada, and the associated Anugraha, have three parts: the preparation of materials, the actual method of practice, and the ritual of Anugraha. First, the arrangement of materials: In a secluded place at an auspicious time, in the center of an eight-petaled lotus mandala, place a hero pill in a precious vessel, covered with red and yellow silk. In front, place a white torma, surrounded by offerings, and gather all necessary materials. Second, the method of practice: Residing in a state of bathing and cleanliness, with refuge and bodhicitta and the meditation on the four immeasurables as preliminaries, meditate on emptiness with Svabhava (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་བ, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, literal meaning: self-nature). From within emptiness, at the location of the main deity and in front of it, each from Pam (Tibetan: པཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, literal meaning:) arises a lotus, and from A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, literal meaning:) arises a moon disc. On the lotus and moon of the main deity, from Sim (Tibetan: སིཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सिं, Sanskrit Romanization: siṃ, literal meaning:) arises a blue lion, head facing right, face upwards, mane red and yellow and loose, in a reclining posture. Above it, on a lotus and sun disc, is the Dhih (Tibetan: དྷཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: धीः, Sanskrit Romanization: dhīḥ, literal meaning:) syllable, saffron-colored, like a youthful child. On the cushion in front, is the Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal meaning:) syllable, bright blue. These two seed syllables completely transform into oneself as the venerable Manjushri, body color red-yellow, hands in the teaching mudra, from between the thumb and forefinger arises a stem of Utpala flower. On the right and left sides of the ears, blooming flowers, the right holding a sword, the left holding a scripture. Possessing the youthfulness of sixteen years, the hair in five tufts, adorned with jewels at the tips. Both feet in the posture of a king at play, seated on a lion. Adorned with all silk and jewel ornaments. Possessing a peaceful, smiling, and charming demeanor, radiating red light. In front is the holy mother Saraswati, body color blue, fully adorned with the attire of a goddess. Seated in a half-lotus posture. Standing tall with the pride of a female illusion, hand gestures and ornaments all the same as the father. In the heart of the father is a red four-spoked wheel, and in the heart of the mother is an eight-petaled lotus.

Pa. In the middle of those two, a sword marked with its respective seed mantra is visualized. From that, rays of light emanate, and the wisdom being, similar to the visualized deity, is invited to the sky in front with Vajra Sama Ja. Offerings are made with Om Vajra Argham, etc. Ja Hum Bam Hoh (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) become inseparable. Again, the empowerment deity is invited and offered to. "Vajri Bhava Abhisinca Hum," empower them, and Akshobhya crowns both. The focus of the recitation is: From the seed syllables in the heart of the father and mother deities, surrounded by the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, light radiates. From the Dhih in one's own heart, which is the container, the palace, and the essence, Manjushri and Saraswati, light radiates, exiting from the right nostril and entering the mother's left nostril, dissolving into the Hrih in her heart. From that, light radiates, emerging from the mother's right nostril and entering one's left, dissolving into the Dhih. Thinking thus, recite as much as possible: Om Hrih Dhih Ma Me Dipaṃ Svara Svati Manjushri Mum Hrih Prajña Vardhani Hrih Dhih Svaha. At the end, gather the purified container and essence through the light of the heart, dissolving into the mother. Then into the father. Then gather it into the wheel of the heart, into the seed syllable, and meditate without focus, dedicating the merit. Go to sleep or take a break. When waking up at dawn, think of being awakened by the sound of Hrih Dhih and arise. During breaks, make offerings and praises to the image as much as possible, and offer Torma as described below. If that is not possible, the substitute method is: Exchange oneself with the front, changing the mantra to Dhih Hrih, and think that the light rays of the mantra scorch like fire, and finally Manjushri is pleased and smiles, bestowing accomplishments, and make offerings and praises. After completing one retreat, accomplish the hero pills: White: Saffron, musk, white sandalwood. Turmeric, sandalwood, agarwood. Spikenard, costus, sweet flag... White: Three. Sweet wood, Chinese cinnamon, arura. Gather the twelve heroes, Grind them finely with honey, And make pills with cow's milk. As it says, accomplish them and place them in a precious begging bowl. Cover it with white silk on which a male mandala is drawn with saffron and Chinese cinnamon. Spread red silk underneath, on which a female mandala is drawn with cuscus grass and turmeric. Both should have eight spokes or eight petals and three circumferences.
