Various dried meats, guggul incense, May the assembly of dakinis accept this offering. Enjoy this great red torma, May the Buddha's teachings flourish. May you liberate obstacles, enemies, and obstructors. Recite "Om Hrih Hum Hum" (藏文：ཨཱོྃ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡; 藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍; 藏文：ཧཾ་，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：吽; 藏文：ཧཾ་，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) and so on, and urge with the sound of music, and perform activities and conduct the tsok offering. Next is the third part, the ritual of blessing. Possessing the arrangement of items mentioned earlier, perform self-generation and front-generation together, and the ritual is as before. The disciple's actions are to bathe, dispel obstacles, explain the Dharma, and make appropriate connections, then offer a mandala. With supplication and refuge and bodhicitta as a preliminary, establish the basis of blessing: On top of the mandala Dharma source triangle, the disciple is naked, in the lotus position, and it is thought that the body, speech, and mind of the lama Heruka, visualized on the crown of the head, bless the disciple's body, speech, and mind. This is the actual visualization of the blessing. There are six aspects to the actual blessing, the first is to bless by visualizing the deity: Contract the lower wind and generate yourself as the body of a yogini, in the center of the four-petaled lotus at the navel, visualize Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) surrounded by the root mantra. From that, rays of light emanate, inviting countless Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, and assemblies of dakinis, who dissolve into you, thereby blessing your body, speech, and mind. Have faith in this. The subjugation mantra and incense music below should be done here. At the heart, Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) black transforms into a black swastika marked with three Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllables, rotating to the right. At the throat, Om (藏文：ཨཱོྃ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) white transforms into a white swastika marked with Om (藏文：ཨཱོྃ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), rotating to the left. At the crown, Ham (藏文：ཧྃ་，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) yellow transforms into a yellow swastika marked with Ham (藏文：ཧྃ་，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), rotating to the right. Finally, dissolve the lama at the crown and focus on the letters at the four places, and bless. Recite mantras, burn incense, and play music. Third, blessing with incense: Focus on the swastika at the heart. Burn black cat feces, red lotus, human flesh, guggul, human brain, five amritas, sheep tongue and the flesh of the four limbs, cow hair, and your own hair, and fumigate the disciple with the smoke.

Burn the body and the habits of the body, along with all thoughts, and have the student rest single-pointedly in a state of non-thought. Mantra, incense, musical instruments. If the student does not feel the existence of the body and does not feel the breath going in and out, then the blessing has descended. Wisdom Dakini from the realm of space, accept the torma of afflictions and thoughts, grant the accomplishment of the realm of Dharma. Abiding Wisdom Dakini, accept the torma of the body's channels and winds, grant the accomplishment of immortal life. Guiding Karma Dakini, accept the torma of the three poisons, flesh, and blood, pray to fulfill the broken vows. Principal Vow Dakini, accept the torma of the five poisons and three poisons, grant the accomplishment of the Great Seal. Recitation finished.
