从左旋处发出光芒，十方如来勇士和瑜伽母的一切加持，由四种空行母汇集。观想她们安住在前方虚空中，赐予我灌顶和加持。念诵“ཨཱོྃ་བཛྲ་བྷ་ར་ཧེ་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་སརྦ་དུཥྚཱཾ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ (藏文，嗡 班匝 班热嘿 阿贝夏雅 萨瓦 杜让 吽 梭哈，梵文天城体，ॐ वज्र भर हे आवेशय सर्व दुष्टां ह्रीः स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ vajra bhara he āveśaya sarva duṣṭāṃ hrīḥ svāhā，汉语字面意思，嗡 班匝 班热嘿 祈请降临 遣除一切 恶 吽 梭哈)”，尽力念诵。然后是念修，外为念诵四无量心，内为念诵四事业，秘密为念诵四智慧。以“ཨཱོྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཱ་(藏文，嗡 吽 舍 诃，梵文天城体，ॐ हुं ह्रीः हः，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ hūṃ hrīḥ haḥ，汉语字面意思，嗡 吽 舍 诃)”四字，观想成办彼彼事业而念诵。如云：“数量念修一百万，等持而住即能成就。”如是宣说。然后是修法，在三个七天中的第一个七天，观想黑色光芒的舒放和收摄，净化嗔恨。第二个七天，观想红色光芒的舒放和收摄，净化贪欲。第三个七天，观想白色光芒的舒放和收摄，净化愚痴，念诵后次第获得三身之果。 大修法是，在秘密彩绘像前，陈设大肉之花，大油之灯，血之饮水，大肉之朵玛等，然后念诵。供养供品朵玛，赞颂并祈请事业等。圆满次第的口诀，应从伏藏法本中了解。对于日常瑜伽，在念诵的最后，如通常一样收摄一座，然后进入座间。此时若供朵玛，则如前加持，并以“ཕཻཾ་(藏文，呸，梵文天城体，फें，梵文罗马拟音，pheṃ，汉语字面意思，呸)”迎请。以“ཨཱོྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཾ་ཧཾ་ཧེ་ཧེ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧི་ཧི་ཕེཾ་ཕེཾ་ཕེཾ༔(藏文，嗡 舍 吽 吽 嘿 嘿 诃 诃 嘿 嘿 呸 呸 呸，梵文天城体，ॐ ह्रीः हं हं हे हे हः हः हि हि फें फें फें，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ hrīḥ haṃ haṃ he he ha ha hi hi pheṃ pheṃ pheṃ，汉语字面意思，嗡 舍 吽 吽 嘿 嘿 诃 诃 嘿 嘿 呸 呸 呸)”念诵七次后供养。供养赞颂等如前所说，特别之处在于大肉之香等，以“ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧྲཱིཿཧཱུྃ་ཧ་ཧ་(藏文，嗡 阿 舍 吽 诃 诃，梵文天城体，ॐ आः ह्रीः हुं हः हः，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ āḥ hrīḥ hūṃ ha ha，汉语字面意思，嗡 阿 舍 吽 诃 诃)”念诵二十一次后供养。ཧཱུྃ༔ (藏文，吽，梵文天城体，हुं，梵文罗马拟音，hūṃ，汉语字面意思，吽)大燃空行母，八大尸陀林之护处，成办守护食肉空行母，空行母与神力行，以意行与足行，各自眷属百万俱，贪婪血肉诸，夺命与夺气者，事业空行母等作供养，肉与血及香与油，五种大甘露，脑髓菩提心调和，蜂蜜血与脑髓调，尼木巴犬之脂肪与，象之胆汁豺狼舌，肉！

From the left-turning place, light radiates. The blessings of all the heroes and yoginis, the Tathagatas of the ten directions, are gathered by the four classes of dakinis. Thinking that they are dwelling in the sky in front of me, bestowing empowerment and blessings upon me, recite "ཨཱོྃ་བཛྲ་བྷ་ར་ཧེ་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་སརྦ་དུཥྚཱཾ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ (Tibetan, om vajra bhara he āveśaya sarva duṣṭāṃ hrīḥ svāhā, Sanskrit Devanagari, ॐ वज्र भर हे आवेशय सर्व दुष्टां ह्रीः स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, oṃ vajra bhara he āveśaya sarva duṣṭāṃ hrīḥ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning, Om Vajra Bhara He, please descend, eliminate all evil, Hum Svaha)" as much as possible. Then, the recitation is to recite the four immeasurables externally, to recite the four activities internally, and to recite the four wisdoms secretly. With the four syllables "ཨཱོྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཱ་ (Tibetan, om hūṃ hrīḥ haḥ, Sanskrit Devanagari, ॐ हुं ह्रीः हः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, oṃ hūṃ hrīḥ haḥ, Literal Chinese meaning, Om Hum Hrih Ha)," contemplate accomplishing this and that activity and recite. As it is said, "Recite one hundred thousand times in number, and it will be accomplished by abiding in equanimity." Then, the practice is, in the first of the three weeks, to contemplate the emanation and absorption of black light, purifying anger. In the second week, to contemplate the emanation and absorption of red light, purifying desire. In the third week, to contemplate the emanation and absorption of white light, purifying ignorance, and by reciting, one will gradually obtain the fruit of the three kayas. The great practice is, in front of the secret painted image, to arrange flowers of great meat, lamps of great fat, argham of blood, and tormas of great meat, and then recite. Offer the offering torma, praise and request activities, etc. The instructions on the completion stage should be learned from the treasure texts. For daily yoga, at the end of the recitation, gather the session as usual, and then enter the interval between sessions. If offering a torma at this time, bless it as before, and invite with "ཕཻཾ་ (Tibetan, phei, Sanskrit Devanagari, फें, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, pheṃ, Literal Chinese meaning, phei)." Offer by reciting "ཨཱོྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཧཾ་ཧཾ་ཧེ་ཧེ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧི་ཧི་ཕེཾ་ཕེཾ་ཕེཾ༔ (Tibetan, om hrīḥ haṃ haṃ he he ha ha hi hi pheṃ pheṃ pheṃ, Sanskrit Devanagari, ॐ ह्रीः हं हं हे हे हः हः हि हि फें फें फें, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, oṃ hrīḥ haṃ haṃ he he ha ha hi hi pheṃ pheṃ pheṃ, Literal Chinese meaning, Om Hrih Ham Ham He He Ha Ha Hi Hi Phem Phem Phem)" seven times. Offerings, praises, etc., are as previously explained, especially the incense of great meat, etc., offer by reciting "ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧྲཱིཿཧཱུྃ་ཧ་ཧ་ (Tibetan, om āḥ hrīḥ hūṃ ha ha, Sanskrit Devanagari, ॐ आः ह्रीः हुं हः हः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, oṃ āḥ hrīḥ hūṃ ha ha, Literal Chinese meaning, Om Ah Hrih Hum Ha Ha)" twenty-one times. ཧཱུྃ༔ (Tibetan, hūṃ, Sanskrit Devanagari, हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning, Hum) Great blazing dakini, protector of the eight great charnel grounds, dakini who accomplishes and protects and eats flesh, dakini who goes with power, goes with mind and goes with feet, each with hundreds of thousands of retinues, those who are greedy for flesh and blood, those who steal life and breath, offering to the dakinis of activity, flesh and rakta, incense and fat, five great nectars, brain mixed with bodhicitta, honey mixed with blood and brain, nimba, dog's fat, elephant's bile, jackal's tongue, meat!
