Meaning! Glorious and perfect! Having immeasurable merits such as obtaining the body of the ultimate Bliss-Gone One. If not protected, one will be born in Naraka hell, and various sufferings will arise in the body. The vow of speech is: to listen to whatever the Vajra Master says, not to despise Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, as well as Dharma brothers and sisters, and not even to despise ordinary people, to have faith in accordance with the Dharma, to accomplish whatever recitation is possible, and to regard all sounds, including the five elements, as the natural sound of Dharma and mantra. If the vow of speech is kept, the speech will have power temporarily, the words of truth will be accomplished, and ultimately the speech of the Bliss-Gone One will be obtained, and immeasurable merits will arise. If the vow of speech is broken, beings will not listen to your words, and there will be speech impediments, muteness, and various inauspicious signs. The vow of mind is: to abandon all evil thoughts and bad intentions towards the Vajra Master, Dharma brothers and sisters, and all sentient beings, to generate the supreme Bodhicitta with a good mind, and ultimately to make all thoughts and intentions conform to the Dharma. The merit of keeping the vow of mind is: temporarily, wishes will be fulfilled as desired, and ultimately the state of Buddhahood will be attained. If the vow of mind is broken, evil thoughts and bad intentions will arise temporarily, and heart disease and epilepsy will occur. Ultimately, Samadhi will be lost, views will become distorted, and the suffering of hell will be experienced. Therefore, in order to cherish the protection of unbroken vows, one should learn the vows of protection properly, thinking, please repeat after me. How the main one, etc., three sentences. Furthermore, the fault of not obtaining empowerment is: it is said in the tantras, "If the supreme empowerment is not obtained in this way, how can mantra be accomplished?" Therefore, not obtaining empowerment is like pouring water into a container that has not been sealed with clay, it will be destroyed immediately. It is like a ferry without a boat, unable to cross the river of suffering. It is like farming on dry rock, the fruit of mantra will not ripen. The merit of obtaining empowerment is: it is said in the tantras, "If all empowerments are well obtained, all mantras will be accomplished without practice." 一切所愿皆成就，所有密咒之果无需修持自然成就。于中阴时认识自性，来世便能显现圆满成佛，因此生起极大之信心、恭敬和欢喜，为报答恩德，敬献曼扎。如是报恩。献上身与受用。作回向，弟子告退。上师布施会供残食，念诵吉祥祈愿文。直至日常行用之间，皆如事业般行持，则善妙成办。经文中说，四种灌顶各自之间，应如前行瓶灌顶般进行，意即每一次都与引导相结合，分段进行灌顶。如今在速灌和广释之时，仅作指示即可。此传承极其稀有，然具备无漏。如意宝般的甘露滴，汇入伏藏宝藏之海，直至末劫，亦成无尽众生所需之资粮。此乃三伏藏之河流汇聚之奇妙甚深口诀之成熟法，即使仅读伏藏原文也已足够且殊胜，无需另作补充。然为适应我等愚钝之人，故于莲花自在不灭教法二者永仲林巴，对比深伏藏彼此之意后，于吉祥金刚萨埵百万坛城之胜处，金刚萨埵心之圣地之禅房中所作，善妙增上。 三伏藏合集金刚萨埵心髓明点灌顶仪轨光明开启。教法二者永仲林巴。

All wishes are fulfilled, and all the fruits of secret mantras are accomplished without having to be cultivated. By recognizing one's own nature in the bardo, one will manifest and perfectly attain Buddhahood in the future. Therefore, generate great faith, respect, and joy, and offer a mandala as a token of gratitude. Thus, repay the kindness. Offer the body and possessions. Make dedications, and the disciples depart. From the time the teacher gives the remaining food of the gathering, recite auspicious prayers. Until the time of daily activities, if everything is carried out like a practice, it will be well accomplished. In the text, it is said that between each of the four empowerments, one should proceed as with the preliminary vase empowerment, meaning that each one should be combined with guidance and given in sections. Nowadays, in the case of quick empowerments and extensive commentaries, it is sufficient to merely indicate them. This lineage is extremely rare, yet it possesses the unadulterated. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, a drop of nectar, merging into the ocean of hidden treasures, may it become an inexhaustible source of nourishment for all beings until the end of time. This ripening practice of the wondrous and profound instructions where the rivers of the three hidden treasures converge is sufficient and excellent even if one only reads the original hidden text, and there is no need to add anything else. However, in order to suit those of us who are dull-witted, Padma Garwang Achimey Tenzin Nyungdrung Lingpa, after comparing the meanings of the profound hidden treasures with each other, composed this in the meditation room of the sacred place of Vajrasattva's heart, the auspicious Vajrasattva Kotisthana, may virtue and excellence increase.
