Or arising in any way, let that consciousness wander in samsara. Then, do whatever you can to let your own mind abide in that state. Steadily abiding is abiding, constantly moving is moving, knowing both of them with the mind is knowing. Abiding is Dharmakaya, knowing is Sambhogakaya, moving is Nirmanakaya. Think whatever you think, remember whatever you remember, see whatever you see, know whatever you know. Looking at its face, you will see emptiness with higher seeing. The five poisons, wisdom, the three poisons, seeing the three bodies with higher seeing, that is when the intention of higher seeing is accomplished. Think whatever you think, think whatever you think, remember whatever you remember, see whatever you see, know whatever you know. Looking at its essence, you will see emptiness with higher seeing. If you recognize the five poisons, you will see wisdom with higher seeing. If you recognize the three poisons, you will see the three bodies with higher seeing. The practitioner of higher seeing, if he understands in this way, the intention will be accomplished. Furthermore, look back, look at the mind. Look at the emptiness of mind itself. All dharmas are empty like that. The practice of Mahayana is to look at one's own mind. Thus, the Great Perfection, practice in a state of non-distraction. Whatever actions you do, do not change, but watch in the state of action. Furthermore, look back, look at your own mind. Because your own mind is empty in nature, look at it. All dharmas are empty like it. The root of what is called practicing the Great Perfection is to look at the nature of one's own mind. In this way, this Great Perfection, even for a moment, one must practice in a state of non-distraction. Whatever actions you do, do not change that action, but watch in the state of action. Realize that the nature of the mind is emptiness. Realize that your own mind is Dharmakaya. Realize that your own mind is empty in nature. Also, realizing that the nature of your own mind is Dharmakaya is the result. After deciding that everything is emptiness, abandoning virtue, etc., doing whatever one pleases is not feasible. Do not completely give in to the control of emptiness. Then do not give in to the control of the five poisons. Do not cling to any good or evil as real. Do not cling to all dharmas. The nature of the mind is the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, do not cling to anything as real. After deciding that everything is emptiness, abandoning virtue, etc., doing whatever one pleases is not feasible. Empty

Do not allow it to be controlled in the slightest. Similarly, do not allow it to be controlled by any of the five poisons. Neither virtue nor vice should be grasped as real; all phenomena should likewise not be grasped. The experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, the nature of one's own mind, whatever arises, do not grasp it as real and cling to it. From the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, the seed syllables of the six places and six lineages: a su nri tri pre du oṃ. Again, from the three syllables in the three places, from hūṃ (藏文,梵文 हूँ,梵文罗马拟音 hūṃ,汉语字面意思) fire blazes and burns the seed syllables. Starting from the crown of the head, to the throat, heart, navel, secret place, and soles of the feet, contemplate the seed syllables of the six lineages in the six places: a su nri tri pre du, these are them. Again, in one's own three places, from the three syllables oṃ āḥ hūṃ (藏文,梵文 ॐ,梵文罗马拟音 oṃ,汉语字面意思;藏文,梵文 आः,梵文罗马拟音 āḥ,汉语字面意思;藏文,梵文 हूँ,梵文罗马拟音 hūṃ,汉语字面意思), from hūṃ (藏文,梵文 हूँ,梵文罗马拟音 hūṃ,汉语字面意思) fire blazes and burns those seed syllables of the six lineages. Look with half-closed eyes at white, black, and red, bindus, small bindus, and strings of pearls, light and radiance become increasingly clear, the nature of reality is manifestly apparent. The appearance of mental discrimination and grasping vanishes, the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, whatever arises is unstable, and one's own experiences and appearances increase more and more, manifestly attaining enlightenment in the common bardo of the path. By looking at white, black, and red, the colors and deities become increasingly clear, or in the white bindu, Vairochana and others appear, or in each bindu, the five victorious ones appear clearly. Wisdom reaches perfection, one attains the sambhogakaya, then the increase of experience and realization comes to an end, the nature of non-grasping, one will realize without error. All actions of phenomena come to an end, phenomena come to an end, appearance is free from action, one will obtain the result, defilements are exhausted and one attains buddhahood, obtaining inconceivable wisdom, compassion, power, and qualities, in accordance with spontaneous great perfection. Looking at the sun is white, looking at the moon is black, looking at a candle is red, look at these three with half-closed eyes. Light, bindus, small bindus, and strings of pearls, light and radiance become increasingly clear, the nature of reality is manifestly apparent, the appearance of the activities of the mind and grasping vanishes. The experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, whatever arises is unstable, and one's own experiences and appearances increase more and more, manifestly attaining enlightenment in the common ground and bardo. Again, looking at the sun is white, etc.
